He’s just trying to position himself for his next career move because he see’s the GOP coming back.
Making noise about running gets him the visibility he wants.
He’s from a deep blue state and knows he stands no chance.

And I think that is a generous estimate. As a huge anti-Trumper he has already wrote off most of the party. He has less chance than Chris Christie of getting the nomination. And that says a lot.

I’m only interested in a candidate who spoke up against the phony Russia! and Ukraine! investigations, spoke up against the stolen election, and spoke up against the COVID hysteria.
It’s a short list. I’m not sure if anyone is on it. Trump, maybe, and who else? Can’t think of anyone else.
