The unfunny Trevor Noah (Daily Show) had a series of antisemitic tweets and comments uncovered and Rogan spoke out his behalf. Noah bashed Rogan this week.
Despite the 1st Amendment, there are words that you are not allowed to say without bringing personal destruction upon yourself. Oh wait, you can say it depending on what race you are.
What a stupid piece of writing. One jerk equated to an attempt to end US democracy? There’s no comparison. Jan 6 was the single most heinous act in America in my lifetime.
This is what happens when guys like Mitch McConnell allow the rats to use lies to shape reality.
Well, if you are going to feign outrage, you might as well go full nuclear, I suppose.
There is only one solution: stop caring if someone says something which primarily upsets Democrats. Do not cooperate in any way with cancelling.
Take the Overton Window, and smash it.
CNN (and Noah) are unserious losers. Read that entire article and no mention of Robert Byrd, Ralph Northam, etc.

I don’t listen to Rogan so I can’t comment on what his underlying attitudes about race actually are. I doubt anyone who was a true inciter of racial hate would actually be given a multi-million-dollar contract to host a podcast that garners over 100 million listeners.
Any word only exists in the context of the intent of the speaker. To use a racial epithet as a derogatory term directed at a real person or group is an act of inhumanity and should be admonished. To use it in other contexts such as part of a quote or in academic works is not intended to offend and should be understood by honest people in that vein.
CNN does not represent an honest source. They are invested in a radical movement popularized by Saul Alinsky to exploit and exacerbate societal differences to destroy Western culture and promote a cult of perfect power. Joe Rogan is a liberal who is showing heretical tendencies in his thinking that suggest he is not loyal to the cult. As such he must be excommunicated into submission and silence.

Who agreed to that? FCOL, whites hardly used that word anyway. This sample from the article is one of the dumbest things I’ve read lately. If “the N word” was so bad, blacks wouldn’t use it with impunity. It is every other word in many rap songs. I grew up in the south and have heard this utterance by blacks more in the years since Obama than in my whole life.

The reason I question the statement: Senator Robert Byrd, Democrat Senate Majority Leader and President pro tempore (third in line of presidential succession) used the word on national TV and no punishment was forthcoming.
And the white Democrat Hispanic Lt. Governor of California, Cruz Bustamante, used the word during a meeting of the state legislature and no punishment was forthcoming.
And close associates of the First Lady of Arkansas say she used the word repeatedly and no punishment has been forthcoming.
Set all that aside: my real question is should white people who think the n-word - but not actually say it aloud - should they be punished for thinking the n-word?
Yes, it is hard to know directly what a white person is thinking when they see a youth walking down the street with their pants down, stopping only long enough to beat down the occasional passing Asian.
But what white people think privately can be ascertained by democrats indirectly: trial of the accused by the newsmedia using boiling oil.
Funny, when Bill and Hillary were known to use the word
not infrequently, they didn’t give a hot darn.
