You get the picture.
Going after the truckers (most of them independent owners of their rigs) simply takes patience.
DC with unlimited resources can just wait them out. The ‘Branding’ looks successful after listening to CSpan this morning. (White Supremacist, Terrorists, insurrectionists -the latter used the most, claiming they want to overthrow the government)

Replace them with what? We're already short truckers, there's not a bunch of truckers waiting in the wings for their cdl. Sure, you can drop standards and license more kids or foreigners, but that takes time, and even if you do manage to add a sufficient number, it still loses efficiency and effectiveness. Most people can't back a regular vehicle or parallel park, where are they gonna find that many that can back a trailer?
