Our Vice President’s parents are foreign - Jamaica and India. They, the Jamaican was a professor at a US university and the mother a student. The parents never became US citizens but the VP did by birth in the US. The father was also an avowed Communist, a well known fact. I don’t know if Kamala ever applied for dual citizenship, but she is according the Jamaican constitution which states any child born of a Jamaican anywhere in the world is automatically Jamaican.
The US does not allow dual citizenship with China, and that is reciprocal.
It does not work that way, in order to become a citizen of another country you must renounce your US citizenship.
