Marxist Indoctrination Disguised as Higher Education

Following the end of World War II hundreds of thousands of American military veterans returned home to America and set about resuming the lives that they had left behind when they went off to war. Or in the case of many veterans, they embarked on a new life that they had never had before. The opportunities were really endless for those who had the initiative and willingness to work hard and learn new things.

American veterans had just defeated the evil of Nazi Germany and the Empire of Japan, and their future looked very bright. They were determined to now grab their part of the American dream, and they had more than earned it on the battlefields of Europe and the Pacific.

They worked hard and most prospered, creating an economy and a standard of living never experienced before in America, much less anywhere else in the world. They vowed to create a life for their children better than the one that they had when they were growing up.

For the most part they did just that. The idea of sending your kids to college that had once been reserved for the privileged few and considered a pipe dream by many, was now actually attainable for the great American middle class. It was now possible for people of more modest means to attend college, and to make plans to send their children off to be better educated than their parents had been able to achieve. All was good in America.

At least at the time we thought that all was good in America. What we never recognized at the time, but that as far back as right after the end of World War II our colleges and universities had become breeding grounds for Marxists. The indoctrination of America’s youth that continues to this day was started back when many more Americans than ever before were taking advantage of the opportunities created to attend college.

While certainly more subtle at first, the seeds of Marxist theory were being planted way back then, and have since blossomed into college curricula taught by communist faculty members on university campuses all across the country. Faculty and administrators who openly promote Marxism and Communism over our American capitalist-free market system, as well as teaching our children to hate their own country is now the norm.

Which begs the question - unlike their grandparents who enthusiastically volunteered to fight fascism and defend America, young people of today are not being taught to love America, so how can they ever be expected to defend and fight for America.

Nowadays our ‘institutions of higher learning’ are not much more than Marxist indoctrination centers, poisoning the minds of America’s youths to the tune of nearly twenty million students every year who are attending college courses in America (figures as of 2019).

What is happening in our college classrooms is no longer confined to just our college campuses. The Marxist poison is now even reaching down to our nation’s high schools, middle schools, and even our primary schools. Children as young as those in kindergarten are being exposed to Marxist-Leftist ideology.

The time has come for a reset. Parents must start investigating the makeup of college faculties and administrations. If it is made up of hard core leftists and Marxists, then take your tuition dollars elsewhere. Take a look at the curricula. If it’s blatantly slanted towards leftist-Marxist ideology and slanted against the West and America, then take your tuition dollars elsewhere. Faculty’s writings are publicly available, read them. If an ardent Communist is going to be teaching ‘Government’ to your child, then take your tuition money elsewhere. It’s easy to find what textbooks are being used in various classes, get a copy of one and read it. If it’s anti-American then demand a change, or take your tuition dollars elsewhere.

American colleges and universities must be put on notice. Parents have the power of the pocketbook. If colleges can’t attract your tuition money because they’re indoctrinating youths with Marxist ideology, they’ll change and become more balanced and fair.

Or even better yet, talk with your child about the value of pursuing a skilled trade as an alternative to a four year college degree. College isn’t for everyone. Send a message to higher education that the days of Marxist indoctrination on college campuses are coming to an end.

We’re going to demand that kids are taught the truth about America, including our faults and mistakes. But also about what is great about America and how it far outweighs where we have fallen short in our history.

And teach our children to love America, so they will be willing to defend her in a very dangerous world if the time ever comes.

“What we never recognized at the time, but that as far back as right after the end of World War II our colleges and universities had become breeding grounds for Marxists.”

Well, we did save the Soviet Union and then give them Eastern Europe; we allied with communists against those Europeans who opposed communism.

I was stunned to learn from my 16 year old granddaughter that she was taught that it was global warming that killed the dinosaurs. When I asked her what her teacher said about the meteor that crashed into the Yucatan peninsula and the resulting nuclear winter, she said: “What meteor?” I told her about it and the layer of iridium—a rare earth mineral, but one common to meteors—that blanketed the earth after the event, but it had no effect. She said: “Maybe so, but that’s not what my teacher says.”

People: we need to attend more school meetings!

Let’s take all of the Universities that take tax payers money and Nationalize them. Put their endowments in a pool run by the Department Education. Then give them the “To each according to their ability, to each according to their needs”. Pay all the employees and faculty the same. Provide them with an on campus apartment built in Neo-Soviet design. No kitchens, everyone eats in a cafeteria. No private cars, just a car pool that you request an electric car from after filling out the required use form. And all the other wonders of Communism that they so love.

/\

My x decided to take an

Early Childhood Development class at the local community college.

I read it. Didn’t get past first chapter before seeing the term toxic patriarchy in it. It called corporal punishment child abuse,, no spanking.

It even called toilet training abusive, that a child should be left to decide for itself when to quit crapping their diaper and teach themselves how to use a toilet.

I told her I wanted her to drop this class.

She refused.

We ended up divorced, and I lay the blame squarely on academia Communist destructive ideology.

Spit.

A university’s office of diversity, equity and inclusion works hard to establish the professor ratios at 15-1, liberal to conservative.

I’m still waiting for the esteemed former Harvard Law Professor, Elizabeth Warren, to endorse that same idea (since she endorses the same idea for private corporations and Big {Fill-in-the-blank})

The evil the WWII generation defeated “over there” simply went underground over here.

And as that generation enjoyed the post-WWII peace and prosperity that came from their victory, that same evil began to bubble up here and got busy feeding its apples to their children and their grandchildren: us. And so, the cycle continues.

Reagan warned us/US about freedom and we are now proving he was right..

Scripture warns us about that same evil and its apples, too, and we are now proving Scripture is right about that, also.

Patton wanted a war with Russia, We should've followed his advice.

It was only in the final days of the war and during his tenure as military governor of Germany -- after he had gotten to know both the Germans and America's "gallant Soviet allies" -- that Patton's understanding of the true situation grew and his opinions changed. In his diary and in many letters to his family, friends, various military colleagues, and government officials, he expressed his new understanding and his apprehensions for the future. His diary and his letters were published in 1974 by the Houghton Mifflin Company under the title The Patton Papers.

Several months before the end of the war, General Patton had recognized the fearful danger to the West posed by the Soviet Union, and he had disagreed bitterly with the orders which he had been given to hold back his army and wait for the Red Army to occupy vast stretches of German, Czech, Rumanian, Hungarian, and Yugoslav territory, which the Americans could have easily taken instead.

On May 7, 1945, just before the German capitulation, Patton had a conference in Austria with U.S. Secretary of War Robert Patterson. Patton was gravely concerned over the Soviet failure to respect the demarcation lines separating the Soviet and American occupation zones. He was also alarmed by plans in Washington for the immediate partial demobilization of the U.S. Army.

Patton said to Patterson: "Let's keep our boots polished, bayonets sharpened, and present a picture of force and strength to the Red Army. This is the only language they understand and respect."

Patterson replied, "Oh, George, you have been so close to this thing so long, you have lost sight of the big picture."

Patton rejoined: "I understand the situation. Their (the Soviet) supply system is inadequate to maintain them in a serious action such as I could put to them. They have chickens in the coop and cattle on the hoof -- that's their supply system. They could probably maintain themselves in the type of fighting I could give them for five days. After that it would make no difference how many million men they have, and if you wanted Moscow I could give it to you. They lived on the land coming down. There is insufficient left for them to maintain themselves going back. Let's not give them time to build up their supplies. If we do, then . . . we have had a victory over the Germans and disarmed them, but we have failed in the liberation of Europe; we have lost the war!"

...On May 18 he noted in his diary: "In my opinion, the American Army as it now exists could beat the Russians with the greatest of ease, because, while the Russians have good infantry, they are lacking in artillery, air, tanks, and in the knowledge of the use of the combined arms, whereas we excel in all three of these. If it should be necessary to right the Russians, the sooner we do it the better."

Two days later he repeated his concern when he wrote his wife: "If we have to fight them, now is the time. From now on we will get weaker and they stronger."

The radical leftist indoctrination agenda was happening in the 1910s in education. Ever hear of the Palmer Raids ?
