She should take the cap off that scope before we start to think this is a publicity stunt.
“Company doesn’t make a .308. Military issue .223”
1. The company does make a 7.62 which will chamber Winchester .308
2. Plenty of other companies make AR-10 specifically for Winchester .308
3. The 7.62 is compatible with W.308 even if the lawyers say otherwise.
4. Per the article the rifle isn’t ‘military issue’ so your point about military issue does not apply anyway.
Like this picture?
Women can use guns too, not just men, and many men and women in the USA and Ukraine believe it is their duty to defend their nation.
She’s got the “get off my lawn” pose going on.
I got a J.C.Higgins .22 cal single shot when I was 10 years old (1959) and hunted squirrels with it until I gave it to one of my grandsons...(I used to sell squirrel tails to Worden’s Fishing Lure Company)...
So, yes, I did some squirrel hunting...
Well, that’s true...If you’re hunting “man”, that’s a good hunting rifle...
The rifle pictured is a Zbroyar Z-15 “Zombie Hunter” chambered in 7.62x39.
It is an overly robust AR-15 variant which to me looks more like an AR-10 due to the large caliber barrel, large magazine, and heavier upper and lower.
Do you think the same thing about the woman in the picture below carrying almost exactly the same weapon?
Whether you know it or not, women can shoot guns too. And historically some of them are pretty good at it.
Ms. Kovshova had 167 kills before she detonated a grenade to kill the Germans who had her surrounded instead of being captured.
yeah, but that would make sense.
“Ukrainian mom buys powerful hunting rifle,”
Wait a minute. How come that is a Hunting Rifle in the Ukraine but here in the US it considered an evil, high capacity, military grade assault rifle?
Exactly. Shows which direction we’re headed.
Ms. Kovshova:
thank you for the Mark Twain poem.
She’s a Marine. It’s part of the package.
The Ukraine will rue the day they sold all those M91/30 Mosin Nagants to Big 5.
I’m disappointed. I was hoping to see a Barret .50 caliber rifle. Now that is a powerful rifle.
She should have grabbed an SVD for authenticity and wouldn’t a Ukrainian call it Kyiv?
