THUNDER BAY — Ontario Provincial Police say they will work to ensure there are no safety issues as a lengthy convoy of truckers opposed to mandated COVID-19 vaccinations travels through the Northwest.
There's no verification, but a spokesperson for what the organizers have named Freedom Convoy 2022 said the convoy stretched out for 70 kilometres when it left Regina en route to Kenora on Tuesday morning.

Look how OPEC could flex its power back in 70s. If independent truckers would ever organize (while keeping the damn Teamsters out), they could throw a lot of weight around. It would be counter productive to brand them all violent domestic extremists to justify their mass arrests.

We need a repeat from our truckers in the U.S.
That's about as likely to happen as 8 tracks making a comeback. In the Jeeping world, CB is out and GMRS is in.

I have one in my 1976 1 ton Chevy dually I use to haul my horse trailer
Have used it 3 times in emergencies. Worked fine.
Will NOT let go of it-—IT is an older model-—a FULL 5 watts.
I love MY CB setup & have had it since 1986 in my 1976 1 ton Chevy dually.
NO CELL phone. Have been in many places where there is NO CELL service. CB worked fine.
