Bill Maher wants to change the job descriptions of the president of the United States in order to accommodate a known loser whom he and others helped force into the White House against the Will of the voters. He helped steal the election as a media commentator. And he is suggesting changing the job description

Is Bill Maher not an American? Doesn’t he realize that the Constitution does not provide for ceremonial figurehead?
