The names he calls are written and I suppose the answers he has in the can are on big note cards under headings, like “Inflation,” “Russia,” “Agenda,” “BBB,” “Afghanistan” etc. Don’t forget that he has been at this political posturing all his life. The notes are, as Mick Jagger might say, the “start me up - and I’ll never stop.”
