If it’s not designated for EV use, then the issue isn’t an EV issue.
It’s up to management to decide if it constitutes “stealing” or not, and how to handle it.
Regarding home charging: easier than doing laundry. Arrive, pop the charger cover, grab the plug, insert plug, done. Leave house, unplug, close cover, done. Seconds per day.
