The Supreme Court on Monday issued a revised transcript of oral arguments over a Biden administration vaccine rule that clarified a statement Justice Neil Gorsuch made about the number of annual flu deaths.
The original, uncorrected transcript quotes Gorsuch as saying he believes the flu kills "hundreds of thousands of people every year."
This erroneous transcription prompted legions of tweets and at least one media report that tut-tutted Gorsuch and pointed out the actual number of annual flu deaths, according to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate, is between 12,000 and 52,000 - well below the hundreds of thousands the conservative justice purportedly cited.

Issuing a correction, instills confidence that SCOTUS has heard the outcry and reviewed their comments and now has correct information.

Who actually knows how many flue deaths there would be if it was counted the same way as COVID? We really don’t know how many died of COVID and how many died with COVID.
I bet you can increase the death rate of the flu if it was counted as died with the Flu, not died of...
Except the details of the “pandemic”, the efficacy of the virus all mean nothing to that case. It was a simple question as to whether or not OSHA and Feds can require experimental vaccines as a condition of employment, r if that power is reserved to the states.
The minutiae of the sickness has no part of that argument.

I did not see any correction on Sotomayor comments about hospitalized children.
Court transcripts are meaningless, they write what they want and I experienced this firsthand. All court cases should be open to video and audio recordings. What do you think princes, could you survive an honest court proceeding or would you be exposed for the fool you are immediately?

The numbers etc. are not germane to the constitutionality of the issue at hand. Simply put, there is, as far as I know, no authority for them to “force” anything on citizens. This isn’t one of those “Stroke of a pen, rule of law.” things.

Gorsuch was correct if he was talking about flu deaths worldwide.
What about the “wise Latina’s” dumb ass remarks? 100,000 kids hospitalized in serious condition with Covid BS? I think even the liars at cdc put it at 3000.
over 60,000 died of the flu in the 2018 flu season in the US alone.
