When you put a 100% ideologue on the Court, and a particularly foolish one at that, this is what you get.

Some are promoted to the level of their incompetence, sotomayor aptly
demonstrated she was promoted to well above her level of incompetence.

She watches the media. There are millions of people who believe the same thing she does.

That last point by Tom Fitton is an extremely important one. If the Supreme Court is being asked to decide about the fate of our freedoms against medical tyranny, what faith can we have when among them is legitimately unintelligent Sonia Sotomayor? I think the most important fact not mentioned in any of the comments in this article is that Sotomayor’s argument is completely irrelevant to the case whether the her figure is accurate or not.
The question before the court is; does the Federal Government through the guise of OSHA have the power to compel employers to force their employees to receive a vaccine?
How many children are hospitalized is completely irrelevant.
The fact that she mentioned it shows her ignorance of her job.

She may have made the most ignorant statements. But she was not the only one. Even Breyer did. Total losers who have the final say on everything in this country.

Covid is a joke if hasn’t taken out a morbidly obese, type 1 diabetic like that cow. I’m sure she’s chock full of co-morbities.

Sotomayor was picked for checking the right boxes. She certainly wasn’t appointed for her knowledge of Constitutional Law or critical reasoning.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
I’ve often noticed that judges seem to be clueless about the mundane; perhaps they just haven’t time to have to do with it.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
I'm surprised that Sotomayor doesn't mention having read "somewhere" that Covid is "really, really bad - I mean, like,
totally worse than the flu" or introduce other
anecdotal evidence in the proceedings when justifying her rulings.

Lying to the Court in oral argument will get a lawyer back waiting tables. Shouldn’t a Judge be subject to the same disciplines?
