And AJ Breyer was snarky. Wow, don’t like to see that at USSC (Scalia could be like that, but he at least seemed to have a sound legal basis driving his questions).
Is the view still looking for a “conservative” host?
Not counting Thomas
Anyone of the other SCJ would be a good choice.
Roberts is my choice.
Haha! That's priceless!
If they’ve got too many people out sick or quarantined, it’s gonna be worse when the remainder can’t get tested.
Depending on the size of the company, could mean the difference between staying open and closing.
Factory workers can’t work from home 100%; someone has to run the production line and fix stuff.
No person alive should be forced to take these fake vaccines. They are unsafe and frankly I start to worry with being around some of them. They shed spikes and they seem to be superspreaders.
They are also ignorant because they do nothing to stop covid yet they keep sticking their arms out for more. Just plain dumb.
Hence why I wrote this.....
Allow remote work from home where possible...
SPOT ON!
“After her dumb statements Sotomayor should recuse herself.”
Watched Dan Bongino on Fox & Friends an hour or so ago comment on her numbers, it was hilarious. I’m not that big a fan of his but he was funny while driving home the point just how utterly stupid her statements were. Campos-Duffy was having a hard time not collapsing with laughter.

“My own company is too small to be covered by the OSHA mandate, but I’m already prepared to deal with a possible scenario where the stupid vaccine mandate applies to small companies like mine.
I closed my office and have everyone working from home. I just had my second straight record year for revenues and profits, and the only loser is my former office landlord.
Oh, and my staff still meets regularly in-person even though I can attest under oath that we never hold company meetings in the workplace and therefore aren’t covered by OSHA workplace rules.
We just meet in a restaurant. It’s called “lunch.”
(Just in case anyone was still unsure about how ‘effing stupid these OSHA rules are.)

If I was an employer and my company had to meet a COVID testing requirement, I’d just have HR create a form for each employee to fill out on a weekly basis. It would have a bunch of spaces for the employee’s personal information, and at the bottom it would have one question for the “test result”:
Do you have COVID? Please check “Yes” or “No.”
If you answer “No,” then you’ve just submitted proof of a negative test.
“
Great ideas !!!
I really feel sorry for people living in these crazy blue states. I mean they get what they vote for…. But it is sad. Such stupidity. When SCOUS vacates OSHA requirements these crazy states will put them in place like every judge agreed the states have the right to do.
There’s nothing temporary about dying either.
The health-care workers have seen the vaccine victims don’t forget, and they are not the best judges of statistics.
I used to like Alito.
Or take your chances and let it slide. Hiw is OSHA really going to enforce this?
Let’s pass a law that the US Constitution must be sewed onto the foreheads of federal judges.
Good question; I don’t think they can.
