One ‘positive’ and a couple potential positives in our extended family over Christmas. Nobody is in a panic .... no one is rushing to the hospital and the reason this so is because we’ve shared information including early treatment options. The media has been very successful in spreading the fear porn that COVID=death in the minds of a good portion of the population. “Fear” is not a factor for those we know, but “being prepared” is. What is needed for ‘early’ outpatient treatment is on hand already ... most of us are doing prophylactic protocols. It is such a shame that so much of the population stands helplessly by, waiting for the next government/Fauci edict/booster(s) instead of doing many simple, effective things they CAN do to take their health back into their own hands.
This is so crazy that people are often actively DISCOURAGED from using early treatment options. I suppose doing that might make you fall under suspicion of being a Trump supporter or a “science denier” or a dupe of “Russian disinformation.”
the reason this so is because we’ve shared information including early treatment options.
Everything has been done backwards. They essentially put all their eggs in one basket with these failing shots. And I suspect in 5 years time, the look back will be we got it all very, very wrong. Operation WARP speed should have included existing treatment for early interventions. Instead, the government shutdown any conversation regarding intervention once you test positive. This is a key failure.
Actually the fact is, one shouldn’t need “prophylactic” or even real “treatment” - unless you are really sick or have something bad like COPD or obesity.
They’ve scared us so much that people think they need to take all these supplements….how long?
Most COVID can be treated like any flu. Treat the symptoms, be nice to yourself. No need for all this panic stock and usage of other chemicals.
Crazy thing; She works at a nursing home and they're required to report cases to the health dept. When we got home from the infusion center, there was a message on the answering machine from someone at the county health dept so she called them back. Just basic question on symptoms. They went through a list and she said yes or no. Then she mentioned the monoclonal and the lady asked if her doctor had arranged it for her. Nope. My husband made me an appointment. Lady said she has had a lot of people ask about it and she had no answer and also said doctors either don't know about them or don't know where to get them.
I called them back and told her I searched duckduckgo for "monoclonal antibody treatment locations missouri" and the first result was for a health.mo.gov webpage that has a link to a map with all MO locations. Yet the county health dept and most doctors have no idea where the infusion centers are and don't know how to do a web search?
Now I see this on that health.mo.gov page
The Ely Lily is the one my wife got. The reason for being put on HOLD? Ineffective against Omicron. They have a link to an order form for facilities and they can order Sotrovimab mAb or the two oral meds that Merck and Pfizer came out with. I doubt they know which one is prevalent here in rural MO, Delta or Omicron but they way I looked at it, if we have Delta, the infusion will help. If we have Omicron, who cares? It's a ColdBro. Either way, I'm taking the full protocol and she's taking the associated vitamins.
When I lived in FL, people there would go to the emergency room for the sniffles. I go when I have a broken bone or need stitches.
