WASHINGTON (CBS) — U.S. Senator Cory Booker has tested positive for COVID, according to a statement from the New Jersey Democrat. The announcement came after he started feeling symptoms Saturday.
“I learned today that I tested positive for COVID-19 after first feeling symptoms on Saturday. Fortunately, my symptoms are relatively mild,” U.S. Senator Booker said in a statement.

If I breathe in a Covid particle, I will get infected again, even if vaccinated, and will almost always test positive.
Breathing in Covid into one’s body is like throwing rabbits into fenced backyards.
Each rabbit is going to run around each backyard for awhile. Each test for a rabbit in each backyard into which one is tossed will be positive.
But in the backyards with 50 rabbit catchers each, a rabbit won’t be running around for very long or be able to nibble at many carrots in the garden.
The vaccines basically put ‘rabbit catchers’ in one’s body ahead of actual infection.
This is the only test that Cory Booker ever got positive results on.
No we don’t. “Vaccinated” or not makes no difference, the CDC itself has said as much.

Omicron is highly contagious. No doubt it’s in D.C. and will go through the capital quickly. I just hope the early reports are true and it’s not too severe.

I suspect such stabilization makes the vaccines used in the USA miss many spike proteins so a person’s effective vaccine-based response takes longer to kick in.
It’s as if rabbit catchers could only catch rabbits who were ready to make more rabbits.
Stabilization is probably why breakthrough infections are noticeable common with the Covid vaccines.

The people drug companies hire to design and develop new products make a lot of money because they understand and know how to deal with complex chemistry and biochemistry.
Imagine if your company could produce:
A. 20 million doses of a vaccine with no detectable breakthrough infection annually
b. 1 billion doses of a vaccine with 50 million breakthrough infections (but few deaths in those people capable of benefiting from any Covid vaccine) annually
From both a medical and economic viewpoint choice B would be the right choice.
It would be both economically stupid and immoral to make the more effective vaccine A.
