A federal appeals court has reinstated the Biden administration’s vaccine and testing requirement for private businesses that covers about 80 million American workers.
The ruling by the 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati lifted a November injunction that had blocked the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which applies to businesses with at least 100 workers.
In the decision Friday, the 6th Circuit noted that OSHA has historical precedent for using wide discretion to ensure worker safety and “demonstrated the pervasive danger that COVID-19 poses to workers—unvaccinated workers in particular—in their workplaces.”
My wife’s company based in NYC told all employees there to work from home through the holidays and into the new year.
New corporate guidance will be issued sometime in January.
There will be businesses left - their employees will be in Asia.
It is a manufactured crisis - mirroring the attack staged by the government in “V for Vendetta” to further consolidate its hold over its people. The similarities are striking, and we funded the creation of the virus. Apparently our government has killed 800,000 Americans with its ChiCom research facility, to say nothing of the global death toll.
This is no more than a man-on-the-street opinion that carries more meaning than it warrants. Simply, how could they? How dare they?

In the American Revolution judges and other employees of the crown were intimidated to quit their jobs. Courts were closed by armed colonists blocking the doorways to the court houses. This began in Massachusetts Colony of all places. Sam Adams had been working toward reforms hoping the crown would take heed for 10 years before the revolution began.
The advantage they had is that Governor Gage had only about 2,500 regulars and the colonists numbered upward of 15,000. There was a gun behind every tree outside of Boston because for 200 years settlers had fought against the Indians and defended themselves. Parliament was slow to act because they did not want to spend money to reinforce the garrison in 1774.
Gage also had the problem that colonists took all the powder from the powder house except for the crown’s 200 kegs. They conducted their insurrection with respect to the crown because they noped the crown would heed the suggestion to reign in the Intolerable Acts, it did not.
Some will, some won’t. There are large parts of corporate America that will happily implement this mandate because they’re fully under the influence of the COVID Kool-Aid. My own employer is one of them. They have no plans to fight it, they will implement the mandate in line with the government. It might cost me my job. Employee losses be damned, they’ll do it. They’ll just get more IT people from India.
There are also large parts of the employee base that will happily knuckle under to the mandate and be happy to see the unvaccinated lose their jobs. Not just indifferent, HAPPY. Again, I see that at my job as well.

Should the Judicial Branch even have Standing to hear a case regarding Mass Injection of an Experimental Drug unless the Entire Judicial Branch, including Every Lawyer in America, has been Fully Vaccinated??

Where's the data on that regarding you claim on the Janssen shot?
What I've been able to find claims that most, if not all of the shots available and essentially useless or "may fall below protective titers". Ad26.COV2.S is the Janssen shot, one of the study individuals that had the Janssen shot did retain some effectiveness against omicron.
If I recall correctly, the study states that those with previous infection and a shot (any shot) tend to have more robust protection against omicron.
To wit: Convalescent patients and individuals vaccinated with Ad26.COV2.S (single dose), Sputnik V or BBIBP-CorV had no neutralizing activity against Omicron except for one Ad26.COV2.S and three BBIBP-CorV vaccinees (Fig. 2a-b). Individuals vaccinated with mRNA-1273, BNT162b2, and AZD1222 displayed higher neutralization against Wuhan-Hu-1 and retained activity against Omicron with a decrease of 33-, 44- and 36-fold, respectively (Fig. 2a). Interestingly, this decrease was less pronounced for vaccinated individuals who were previously infected (5-fold) (Fig. 2b) consistent with broadening of antibody responses as a consequence of affinity maturation driven by multiple antigenic stimulations27-29. Collectively, these findings demonstrate a substantial and unprecedented reduction in plasma neutralizing activity against Omicron versus the ancestral virus, that in several cases may fall below protective titers30.

Honestly, This is a non-peer reviewed study. (Though peer review doesn't mean much anyhow since we have seen loads of junk science that has been peer reviewed and accepted anyway.) The sample size isn't great either (IMO). In the end it looks as though the media is pushing a narrative for the powers that be that mRNA jabs are better (probably because of all the incestuous relationships that gov officials have with pfizer and moderna). Believe what you will, but know that you are being managed and hoodwinked as much as you allow.

Now, if they could prove Covid only spreads in the workplace, they might have a point. But it is clear it spreads everywhere, even at home.
I think we all know how the SCOTUS going to rule on this. I wish I could be hopeful, but I’m not!
God could’ve chose any method He wanted to judge America. He’s using the US Government. This judgement is long overdue.
I really don’t know all the data. It is a real possibility that they could’ve been affective against General Covid, but because of the mutations they are much less effective against each variant. We don’t know that because the data really isn’t being released. Even if they were effective we still have no idea if they’re good for a month, two months, etc. Or how long that time changes with the different variants.
