A federal appeals court has reinstated the Biden administration’s vaccine and testing requirement for private businesses that covers about 80 million American workers.
The ruling by the 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati lifted a November injunction that had blocked the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which applies to businesses with at least 100 workers.
In the decision Friday, the 6th Circuit noted that OSHA has historical precedent for using wide discretion to ensure worker safety and “demonstrated the pervasive danger that COVID-19 poses to workers—unvaccinated workers in particular—in their workplaces.”

I guess the vote for the full 6th circuit was 8-8 to hear the case. Justices said it was too rushed for the full court to hear it. They ruled to let the 3 court panel review it.

I suspect my wife and I will be facing loss of job or take the Vax. We are both in management positions. When management meetings occur to discuss status and exemptions I think they forget there are dissenters in the room. They say some stupid things. That might sink then in a court of law.

My wife has spent the last 20+ years fighting huge odds and hurdles to get to where she is at. She has put up with a ton of shit from her male counterparts. I am afraid she might be forced to get it.
I told her it wouldn’t bother me if she got fired. I can’t force her not to get it though.

I am not going to go look, but for Pfizer and Moderna, studies showed it took three shots to get some protection. This was not due to the "waning" of the first two shots which were boosted with the 3rd, but rather two shots did not produce an effective response against Omicron.
Anyway, looks like you are on top of this pretty good so would be surprised if the Yahoo article is referencing something other than the non-peer reviewed study that you reference.
