The second Penn swimmer to come forward was at the University of Akron Zippy Invitational where she watched Lia Thomas beat fellow teammate Anna Kalandadze by 38 seconds in the 1650 freestyle. OutKick’s source described Penn swimmers on the Akron pool deck as upset and crying, knowing they were going to be demolished by Thomas.
They feel so discouraged because no matter how much work they put in it, they’re going to lose. Usually, they can get behind the blocks and know they out-trained all their competitors and they’re going to win and give it all they’ve got

That was Penn State. This is the University of Pennsylvania, more commonly just called Penn or UPenn. Two totally different institutions by class and conference and student body size.

Meh. If you like basketball, competition is competition, IF they are all women. I watch FCS football, and those teams would get blown out by most FBS teams, (except Akron!). LPGA golf is great, if you like golf. But LPGA players couldn’t make the cut in most PGA tournaments.
I just enjoy the gnashing of teeth over liberals getting run over by the progressive policies they support.
Would make sense, when you understand a game is rigged, to quit playing...

I went down to Independence Mall area last Saturday. Trash trucks were blocking off numerous blocks causing a terrible traffic issue.
Then, while trying to leave, Negroes on illegal dirtbikes and quads harassed people, and almost caused numerous accidents.
Everyone knows what’s wrong, and no one says it aloud.
Even at a small program like UPenn, it takes a heckuva lot of work to be on the swim team. Many of them would not want to walk away from that. The trans freak should be forced to leave.
Where, exactly, did all these young feminist females think that radical feminism would lead? Just to better paychecks? They are so naïve. They are clueless about radical leftists and communists and their overarching goal to destroy the family, the West and all of civilization.
They are just like the libs in California who voted in single-party government, marxist DAs, woke city councils and made stealing less than $950 legal. Now they are complaining that the state is no longer safe.
At the next swim meet they should just stand on the deck when the starting gun goes off. Let the queer swim by himself. Make a complete mockery of the situation. In other words, tell him and the staff to go eff themselves.

I disagree. I do have sympathy for them because the girls in NCAA swimming are 18-22 year-old young women who’ve spent their nearly every day of their entire lives at the pool training to get where they are. It’s ridiculous to blame *them* for the LGBTQ/feminist/liberal/woke idiocy that’s been in the works for 50 years to get us to this point of absurdity where men pretending to be women get to compete in absurdity. These swimmers didn’t create this world, yet they’re being punished.
I know some will say, well, if you took a poll of NCAA women swimmers, they’re probably just as big of woke liberal idiots as their peers at the same colleges. And that may be true, but most of them have been brainwashed for the past 15 years. Do we blame brainwashing victims for being brainwashed? I don’t think so. It’s the responsibility of the adults in society to put an end to this woke cultural insanity. Right now the left has the upper hand, but the sane people need to decide that they want to win this cultural war.

Many if not most are likely on partial or full athletic scholarships. They refuse to train, they give up their money.
As long as the school allows this travesty to continue, the athletes are caught between a rock and a hard place.
I doubt money is the driving force here. Most would not be getting full scholarships at a place like Penn.
More likely the teammates scared about social and career penalties for publicly fighting this nonsense.
