The COVID-19 Omicron variant that is spreading across the globe is “almost certainly” less severe than the virus’s Delta variant, Dr. Anthony Fauci said Tuesday.
Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease expert, said Omicron is “clearly highly transmissible” and appears to spread more quickly than Delta — but is milder.
“It almost certainly is not more severe than Delta,” Fauci told Agence France-Presse.
“There is some suggestion that it might even be less severe because when you look at some of the cohorts that are being followed in South Africa, the ratio between the number of infections and the number of hospitalizations seems to be less than with Delta,” Fauci said.

This isn’t about a new mutation. It’s about unapproved, experimental vaccines that don’t work. And it may be years before we know about the “damage” that these vaccines have done to people’s systems.
It’s not as deadly, but it can definitely give you myocarditis which is TOTALLY NOT CAUSED BY VACCINES.

Two weeks ago the initial story was the Newest of the Xi varaiants was less sever and more transmissable, so that more than likely in Africa it would be the dominate virus by mid January if Delta history was considered. That was Poh Pohed by the mainstream media because the end of the ratings train was at hand.
That should have been sent out as very good news, natural immunity for the world is at hand. Get the over 60 Vaxes and isolate, lets have Omincron burn this out with the younger crowd that a Vax will never get to and the ones who got something other than Vax when in line for a Vax.

Omicron is the common coronavirus cold. Simple, and you clowns think you can still ride this like the 4 Horseman of the Apocalypse. You can’t. It’s OVER. Define NOW— how “sever” covid was... in reality for the VAST proportion of the US population— you know, define how you the Chi-Com designed the virus to kill

The Vast Majority of the US was not killed at Pearl Harbor, but it still started war.
Of all 65+ normal death totals, pre Covid, we have seen an increase of 25%. Rewording, 25% more 65+ folks died since the virus arrived than die in a pre Covid year.
And no, it’s not all staying away from the Doctor. The Excess Deaths graphs from Spring last year show the EDs tracking the Covid death graphs precisely, and there were no lockdowns or broadly advertised announcements of danger then. The virus killed those 65+ citizens.
They aren’t the Vast Majority. They are about 20% of the pop. Of course, if you kill them all off, younger folks will have to accept a shorter life expectancy for their own futures.

December 6, 2021:
I may have had the new virus, Omicron Variant, & recovered. Now, my wife may have it.
We went to a son’s home for Thanksgiving dinner. He had that week, either a severe reaction to his Moderna Booster shot or maybe this newest crud. No real serious stuff, just mild fever for a couple of days and feeling like a Mack Truck ran over him. He seemed fine except being tired.
Then, he missed work for the whole week last week. He did have minor lower GI problems. Also, if he drove, he felt dizzy and he stopped driving.
Tuesday-30 Nov., Following Thanks Giving, my wife had her Church Bible study with 9 women from our church in our living room. Of course hugs and kisses from everyone and the 3 people at our Thanksgiving dinner before this meeting.
That pm, I went grocery shopping.
Wed-1 Dec I felt dizzy and cancelled a pm hair appt. I was hot and cold all night before, and barely slept, the night before. My wife was fine.
Thur-2 Dec, I napped off and on most of the afternoon in my Lazy Boy Chair, in our family room.
Fri - 3 Dec. I slept not napped in my Lazy Boy Chair, in our family room. I had minimal hot/cold that night. A catnap in my Lazy Boy is often normal. Sleeping a couple of hours is not normal.
Sat - 4 Dec. I did a lot of the Honey Do items not done during the week. Just one short nap.
Only one hot/cold flash and then a good night sleep. I seemed to be beating this crud!
Sun- 5 Dec. More Honey Do items and best night sleep in a week. My wife didn’t sleep well.
Mon-6 Dec. My wife probably has the crud, slept poorly last night, could not finish her breakfast, and she went back to bed at about 10 am. She has a minor lower GI problem. I had the best night’s sleep in a week.
If my wife or I had similar reactions, years ago, we would have labeled it as a FLV or Funny Little Virus! The FLV’s made you sick for a few days, and then your internal antivirus system eliminated that FLV.
So now, are the FLV’s labeled as the Covid Omicron Variant Viruses?
7 Dec 2021: Update re my wife and I. My wife was basically as she described it, an inert blob most of the day yesterday. She slept off and on all day and barely ate anything for dinner. In spite of sleeping most of the day yesterday, she still needed sleep last night and went to bed before 9 pm. She never had fever and our little portable BP/PR system showed normal readouts.
Now, both of us are okay or seem to be. I’m basically over what ever I had over the weekend, and she is better than yesterday and still not very hungry. Her symptoms of this crud, was very similar to mine.
My cpap printout of last night showed a 97 out of a hundred for another excellent night of sleep. Shortly after I got into bed last night, I had a hot flash for a few minutes and a short cold spell. Then, I had a good night’s sleep.
I feel good this morning, had my normal breakfast and after breakfast exercises.
Oh no. Fauci is always wrong.

Good for you both, Grampa Dave! The Saxx-wife has been a little under the weather, she’s on day 4 and getting better. Had one heck of a hacking cough but it is better today. No fever that she noticed so far. I’ve had no effects. I went to the store and got NyQuil caps and Robitussin cough medicine for her yesterday which helped. Keeping an eye on her but she looks and sounds better today so far.
We both take C, D, Zinc etc. daily and have for quite a while.
Keep on rocking.
