Of all 65+ normal death totals, pre Covid, we have seen an increase of 25%. Rewording, 25% more 65+ folks died since the virus arrived than die in a pre Covid year.
And no, it’s not all staying away from the Doctor. The Excess Deaths graphs from Spring last year show the EDs tracking the Covid death graphs precisely, and there were no lockdowns or broadly advertised announcements of danger then. The virus killed those 65+ citizens.
They aren’t the Vast Majority. They are about 20% of the pop. Of course, if you kill them all off, younger folks will have to accept a shorter life expectancy for their own futures.
“With” Covid. Not from Covid. Correction of that reportage alone would reduce covid to .. nothing out of the ordinary without the participation and causality of politicized science.
