That doesn’t follow. The four people were all international travelers who were likely required to be, but certainly more than four people have it.
Sorry but this is fake news. South Africa announced 2800 cases on Friday and both vaccinated and unvaccinated hospital admissions. It’s meaningless that Botswana found four cases a week ago. The vaccines may or may not work against it but being unvaxxed doesn’t make one immune.
