The United Kingdom is temporarily suspending flights from six countries as a new Covid variant with more than 30 mutations spreads in South Africa.

The variant, called B.1.1.529, has been detected in South Africa in small numbers, according to the WHO.

You may not need as much - I started out two years ago at a level of 13 ng/mL - which was horrendous.
Interesting they are not stopping flights from Hong Kong as it is there too.
It separates the white blood cells from the other cells.
My D level was 94 and I got covid. I take 5000 IU’s 2x daily.
Vit D is good for many functions but it’s not a magic bullet against covid.
Never said you wouldn't get Covid.
What I said is that the incidence of death from Covid is virtually 0% with levels over 50 ng/mL.

You rode it out a lot better than without D3. The CCP put this virus together to hurt us, making the stupid assumption that everyone has the same low D levels as the Han Chinese. Who are a very indoorsy people.
Maybe if we band flights from South Africa and tear down a few more statues it’ll equal out. Will Joe ban flights from Hong Kong? What are the odds Joe does nothing fast. Or will this administration continue on with the revenge sex on us.

10000 units daily for 2-3 months. Take K2 and magnesium (best form is the mag glycinate) to prevent over calcification from taking high D3 doses...
In this Covid era you need more D3 than what you get via the sun. Plus some people do not make D3 that well from the sun’s action.

D3 test is common. You can go to Quest and get one without insurance all by yourself. Or ask your Doc to include this test in your regular blood test.
