She is one of California's longest-serving congresswomen - and one of the richest - but Nancy Pelosi could be planning to ditch the Golden State for retirement in Florida, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Sources have told DailyMail.com Pelosi, 81, and husband Paul are splashing out $25m on a palatial six-bedroom mansion in Hobe Sound, Florida.
The stunning classical-style mansion boasts nine bathrooms, a 255ft private beach and a colonnaded courtyard.
Photos show the cream-painted property also has a kitchen finished with marble counter tops, a private cinema, gym and swimming pool, and sits in 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds.
Neighbors in the exclusive Jupiter Island community include Tiger Woods, who owns a house just down the road and Celine Dion.
Other big names with homes in the area include basketball legend Michael Jordan, Australian golfer Greg Norman and country star Alan Jackson.
The current owner of the home in question is Scott Tarriff – the boss of Eagle Pharmaceuticals which specializes in creating drugs to treat critical care and cancer patients.
Pelosi is one of the wealthiest members of Congress with a fortune of $29.3m according to an analysis of her financial disclosure forms by Roll Call.

I hope you’re talking to her, not me. I’ve lived in Jup for over 30 years. Jupiter’s (the town) only problem is over-development. Certainly not voting for people like joe biden. This is where the Trump Boat Parades started.
Jupiter Island (if they had their own zip code) would be the richest zip code on the planet. Forbes one time years ago traced 50% of the country’s wealth to the island (in one way or another). All w/ less than 1,000 inhabitants.
I read posts where Palm Beach pisses on Jupiter Island. Quite the opposite actually.
I’m sure all the Trump supporters in the area will give Pelosi a nice “house warming” party.
The local news is already walking this back, claiming that she hasn’t purchased any property. Local realtor Rob Thompson was quoted. He’s a nice enough guy, but he’s also responsible for much of the over-development in the town he grew up in (and it’s made him a very rich man obviously).
All that means (to me) is that it is in a trust, or in another name. People saw her here looking at the property.

The people I know on Jupiter Island are kind and giving. They don’t do it publicly like Palm Beach and their Galas and shiny sheet photos. They just do it because they know it’s right.
I have a customer/friend who owns 8 acres from ocean to intracoastal and he quit Jupiter Hills CC because they built a new clubhouse. He is an oil man from Tulsa. He told me once that he didn’t like them building that new, big clubhouse - looking down on everyone. So he quit and joined his neighbor’s club (Nick Price and MacArthur).
I hope tiger runs into her mailbox with his suv.
