I just saw his family spokesman say that he wants to be a nurse.

We know that one of the victims lived father from Kenosha then Kyle did Has anybody even mentioned where the other two are from? I doubt they were from Kenosha either.

I just saw his family spokesman say that he wants to be a nurse. I thought he wanted to be a police officer. Wasn't he involved in police cadet programs before all this happened?

The should argue that but since they are paid agents of the Left they won’t. The prosecutors, by attempting to carry out apolitical assassination, have revealed themselves as lawless evil criminals. They have betrayed the principles they were sworn to uphold.
While there may be no statute to apply, God knows.

Perhaps. But I’d say the jury just spanked them harder than the judge could.
The judge can sanction them for their violations of the court. Some of what they did *may* be outright criminal as well.

Brandon took it up the ass in more ways than one today.

Biden is going to take it up the ass. But thanks to Kyle, any children of Rosenbaum's fiance won't have to. That's a good deed that should help him to deal with any misgivings.

I would be proud to be his Nurse preceptor if he came to the Central Va. With his good aim under pressure, I’m sure he’ll be able to learn to thread IV catheters like a champ!

“There is NO WAY they can level civil rights charges on this.” Sure there is. It doesn’t mean they’ll win but they can absolutely do it and ruin the kid’s life with another five or six years of courtrooms and legal processes not to mention holding him in Federal prison without bail. They can do all of that.
Can they though? Wouldn't it be hard to justify holding without bail when he's been out on bail for months without any attempt to flee, threaten others, etc.?
Seems like they'd at least have to check some boxes so a judge could approve. And seems like those boxes would be especially hard to check in this situation.

Look what they did to Jan 6ers for trespassing. They can do anything they want. A judge will rubber stamp it.

one of the first rules of self defense is to avoid situations in which self defense would likely be required. It is just fine with me if you decide you are a hero cop and you are going to save the day. Go ahead.
Just remember that you may well be the next one we are reading about going to prison.
To save one’s own life or that of a family member or close friend, it is worth it...But to wash graffiti off the wall?
Broaden that out a little bit... What about protecting your community? What about helping the injured? What about making sure a business owner isn't destroyed?
Can you possibly imagine those as legitimate motives to show up?
If you can't, then yes, our nation is doomed.

Look what they did to Jan 6ers for trespassing. They can do anything they want. A judge will rubber stamp it. So you're essentially saying, "Pick the worst case, and apply it to every case."
Yep, I get the gloom and doom if I would choose to live life with that perspective.
Clue: there are other perspectives!
Consider hope!
