Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).
But cat wrangler and booker are two different job descriptions, no....?
MSNBC Producer Deletes Tweets and Twitter Account After Reportedly Instructing Journalist James Morrison to Follow Rittenhouse Jury Bus
Quickly erasing herself from the web
Well done!
To be clea, her full name is Irene Min Joo Byon. No wonder we get nothing but liberal lies from the MSM.
My understanding is that the judge can declare a mistrial up to the point which he accepts the jury verdict. He can read the verdict, and declare a mistrial rather than accept the jury verdict.
That bothers you, huh?
Doesn’t bother me.
She could be doing both. What would make it interesting is if she was truly working on behalf of National OR a particular MSNBC show.
"Jim Morrison" should have been administratively searched -- his phone, his ipad/laptop -- for evidence that he had video'd jurors and/or license plates and/or submitted them to database searches and/or sent that tainted, illegal info back to "Irene" or forwarded to other stringers for the grunt work.
His second Kenosha Hat Trick.
Kenosha Pentathlon
1) Run... from mob.
2) Shoot... felons only. Hat trick.
3) Jail... raise at least $500k.
4) Trial... acquittal, sue the MSM like the Covington Kid.
5) Run... for mayor, then guvner, then president. Hat trick.
That “misdemeanor” would have justified their whole case that he was there illegally possessing a firearm. Or it would have never happened, therefore no justification for “Lawful” self defense or against any of the other charges...
This was a huge technicality they argued about heavily. Which luckily was dropped, or it would have nulled his whole claim and defense of “lawful self defense”.
Just read Brian Stelter’s statement on social media.
It’s a non-denial denial.
NBC News statement: “Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them” (1/2)

only to get their plates though it seems
its the after deliberations some or all of those jurors are fearful of
There are dozens on that video guilty of violent crime.
***The judge should look at it as a possible malfeasance for him, the prosecution, and the police. Since it is so obvious that those other crimes were being committed, he should issue arrest warrants for all involved. And NOT issuing warrants would be the malfeasance because he knows a crime when he sees one. But he won’t. Every person involved in this thing is out for their own agenda.
Sorry, I'm not a lawyer, and I certainly don't know Wisconsin law, so I don't know if the judge can declare a mistrial after a verdict is returned. I know he can if the jury comes back and says they cannot reach a verdict.
Perhaps if the jury comes back with a verdict then the judge can ask the defense if they wish to withdraw their motion to dismiss, and the defense can either withdraw or reaffirm their motion depending on the verdict.
OK..it’s well past time now. WTH is taking this verdict so damn long? Good gawd....
Here is what the judge could do to clarify things for everyone.
Call the jury in. Poll them. He’ll see that it’s 10 votes for not guilty, 2 votes for guilty [on most counts].
So the judge could issue a mistrial for the 2 most serious charges due to hung jury. And a second case of mistrial with prejudice on the lower cases due to prosecutorial misconduct, egregious conduct by the MSM, threats to the jury, and the need for sequestering. He could censure the prosecution for misconduct. Everyone is on notice to behave properly for the next trial, and he could even set the bail at $10 with his own issued opinion that he thinks the defendant is innocent [thereby recusing himself as the future judge]. It becomes a do-over for only the highest stakes and the best conduct of all involved.
Juror 54 is a woman, IMHO.
