Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).
He is an American hero because he took the trash out … to Amerika, understandably not so much. I know this 68-year-old American is proud of the young man.
Rumor has it that two of the jurors are holding out against a not guilty verdict because they are worried about their families, their jobs, and being doxxed by BLM if they do vote not guilty.
We may end up with a hung jury, in which case the prosecutor gets a second shot at Kyle, correcting all of the horrible witness testimony he put forth the first time.
Here's a brief side-by-side comparison of the two videos.
With 7 women on the jury, invariably at least three or four are “to hell with evidence, it’s about how I feel” liberals, and that’s a bad mix anywhere.
I think the kid should get a medal. Hell, if Patton were alive he would personally pin the medal on the young man.
Not necessarily. There is more than one charge to consider and the case is somewhat complicated. My guess is the jury is doing a thorough job reviewing each charge. Even if they cannot decide on one or two charges they can come back with verdicts on the others. I expect verdicts on most if not all charges. I also believe they will find him guilty on the charges dealing with reckless endangerment and not guilty on the homicide charges. I can see the jury reaching a compromise like that.
I agree.
Or they have a holdout or two who won’t budge.
If Patton were alive he’d be slapping some attorneys and possibly one judge.
Hopefully that won't happen, but if it does Kyle needs to hire Robert Barnes for his appeal. I know he'll be extremely expensive, but I've seen some folks online, with means, already say they'll donate to -- or help raise funds for -- his appeal. It would be worth it, IMHO. Barnes would take the state to task over their egregious behavior.
The judge needs to go to the jury room and tell them to $h1t or get off the pot. He should also remind him they’ll find nothing incriminating in the videos, and he’ll be ruling against the prosecution on them later.
In other words, prod them to do their DUTY.
Thanks for the thread.
Putting some info in here.
Re Jump Kick Man.
There are websites claiming his name is Maurice Freeman but I don’t know if that’s true.
But consider this… Binger referred to him as “the man defense likes to call ‘Jump Kick Man’l and part of the rumor is Binger told Kyle’s lawyers after trial began that a man claiming to be Jump Kick Man contacted his office.
It also came our last night due to internet sleuths (see my vanity on the topic) that the mysterious drone footage given to the stste shortly before trial by some man of mystery appears to actually be the Tucker Carlson Fox video taken with the Fox logo cropped out. So they basically aired TV footage as evidence.
My theory is that a white hat LEO copied the drone footage. FBI remember was there with heat signature drones. Lin Wood got it and aired it on Tucker.
The state couldn’t find it so they just copied and cropped the TV footage.
Also, internet sleuths noticed the state was using what appears to be a personal computer for Klauss the ADA. It was his work computer but they didn’t use a dedicated to evidence only computer.
When the video was played from it he clicked to close it and it exposed on screen his desktop.
He has a video compression program on his computer!

I’m sure that you already know this but for those that don’t :
Barnes was working with the defense fur jury selection including a team of jury specialists to weeds at Karen type but the defense ended up not using him
Rekeita Law is saying they’ll be online at 0945 CST. That is pushed back an hour. Any ideas why?
I thought I heard Barnes mention that they didn’t seem to want his help. Personally, I think Kyle would be better served by Barnes.
One or two rogue jurors may prompt the judge to order mistrial with prejudice.
if any witness changes their testimony in a second trial the prior testimony can be brought forth to impeach them.
Yep, stinks to high heaven.
I think the safest outcome is for the jury to be deadlocked, with two jurors already expressing feelings of duress to force a guilty verdict. This will protect the jurors. Then the judge declares a mistrial with prejudice.
Hopefully the judge has already notified the governor to be prepared to act immediately when the mistrial is announced.
If the National Guard are deployed *first* it will make rioting much harder. Hopefully police departments will loan them lots of riot shields against projectiles. Lots of state police should be ready in the area as a reaction force.
Phone companies should be prepared to suspend wireless networks, to prevent rioter coordination.
Robert Barnes was involved in the beginning, and even helped set up a fund for Kyle's defense, and called in a bunch of favors to get experts on Kyle's team.
I forget exactly whom, but an uncle, or cousin, or somebody took over the fund, started calling the shots, fired the first lawyers, and Barnes walked away from(or was asked to leave) the defense.
I listen to a little of Viva/Barnes on YouTube, but I don't subscribe to their Locals channel so I don't get a whole lot of the inside baseball.
Barnes was very upset that his advice, and his work done out of his own pocket on surveying the Kenosha jury pool, went unheeded by the current defense team when it came to jury selection.
Had Barnes' jury been seated, we wouldn't be waiting this long for a verdict.
“My guess is a hung jury, not because they don’t know, but out of pure fear for their life after court.”
Come now, take off your tinfoil hat. The jury has nothing to fear for the police will protect them. I mean, jeez! (stated with the deepest of sarcasm)
Seriously, people fearing for their lives for not doing “the right thing” was likely quite common in Nazi Germany and Communist Russia. The difference was the Germans and Russians did not have to think out a situation for three days, they just followed whatever marching orders it took to keep alive.
That’s the goal of our democrat party, or there would not be threats of death, riots and property destruction, all unabated with the government and cops doing nothing about it.
