Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).

“a person who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related citations. Police suspect this person was trying to photograph jurors.”

This case should not have been tried in this town.
TY. did they view the high res video yesterday or just low?

95% sure high, since that what was admitted by the State
OMG, that is outrageous. Governor Evers should have made it clear that any demonstrations would remain peaceful and contained. And vowed to follow through loud and clear. He has the manpower to do it. He better muster up the heart to do it.
Defense should surprise move to impound Fatlock's computer and file Motion to Inspect same.
I’m having a hard time keeping up but I ‘thought’ the low res was admitted as evidence but not high res. The high res was still being disputed as to where it actually came from...
Lunchbox was saying it was the phone from iPhone to Android that caused the compression.
Yes that is what he was claiming at first . and claimed maybe Binger changed the name (Binger shook his head no)
then when he came back after a break after “looking it into” he went with the state crime lab e-mail excuse
“RIkieta blasting Kyle’s defense team for not fighting for the mistrial.”
Kyle’s “defense team” seems to think this is a video game. Not about a teen getting a life sentence in prison! Just...a game. And afterward we’ll go out for drinks. Which is, I fear, exactly what will happen! In the end, the defense, prosecution and judge are all on the same team. Kyle is an outsider. Goes to prison for life? No hard feelings.
I’d be foaming at the mouth on defense. Although I’d have also stepped thru when self-defense is allowed and, charge by charge, why the state had no case. But I could NEVER be friends with people who try to abuse the process to railroad an innocent man. And any SANE person familiar with self-defense law KNOWS Kyle is innocent!
I hate the “Ha Ha Ha We’ll all be friends at the end of the day” attitude of the defense!

I heard they were using Airdrop which is a Mac device to Mac device file transfer system. The State has iPhones and the defense has Andriod so the state had to email it from their phone to the defense.
Yes, they’re using cell phones for important file transfers in this high profile murder case.
Yesterday, they sent a laptop up to the jury to watch video evidence. Meanwhile, there are two large monitors in the courtroom. Amazing how tech stupid all these people are. I think the jury got to watch the drone footage on a TV screen late yesterday.
In this day and age, every courtroom should have a good size high def monitor or TV and dedicated PC to go with it for things like images and video. Hell, even a Raspberry Pi will play 4k video and they have hdmi ports for a TV.
Oh and impound their phones as well.
“A man’s life hangs on this trial. This judge with his anecdotes and history lessons is a cruel joke.”
That is pissing me off too. Like it is all no big deal at all if the kid goes to prison for life. All that matters to him is getting his few minutes of national fame in front of the cameras.
This verdict if guilty could be a death sentence. No way is that kid safe going to prison. They will kill him, or it will be claimed he killed himself.

Update from the Rittenhouse trial on the third day of jury deliberations: Defense lawyers and prosecutors all just entered the courtroom and walked into Judge Schroeder’s chambers.
Hung jury.
You’ve also got the issue of the hearing over the computer file.
nah not yet.
we would have heard about the jury sending a note saying they’re hung, and that would be addressed in open court. these chamber meetings are usually house keeping stuff.
