I’m having a hard time keeping up but I ‘thought’ the low res was admitted as evidence but not high res. The high res was still being disputed as to where it actually came from...
When the high vs low resolution came up for discussion by the judge and lawyers yesterday, it was noted that the jury had not asked for this particular video - yet.
