Congress has passed or will pass five trillion dollars in pork. Essentially nothing for increase in defense budget. Meanwhile, the Navy is wearing out existing ships. Takes ten years to float the USS Gerald Ford. Ohio class boomer subs are reaching the end of their useful life and nothing to replace them yet. But we get windmills and solar windows to beat hell. And fancy bridges to nowhere. Tree equity for the concrete jungle. And a 300,000 member “Civilian Climate Corps” to do god knows what.

Yeah, I’d say we got budget problems.
