It is hard to listen to these prosecutors make closing arguments.
Based upon your statements you are the kind of person who would sue a cop for saving your life because he shot an armed burglar that was in your house.
During a war, when they run out of 18+, they can start drafting 17 year olds.

Binger describes the mob in Kenosha that was burning the city as a “crowd full of heroes” who tried to stop an “active shooter” in Kyle Rittenhouse.

I did see a photo of him cleaning up and that’s a darn good argument.
But he’s just a kid, immersing himself with a bunch of nut job rioters.
I hope he is found not guilty.
But I don’t think so.
So why did Binger need 3 hours to say the same thing over and over again. The judge already warned him that that is the best way to lose the jury.

Why did the judge even give him 3 hours? How about 15 or 20 minutes each and a 60-90 second rebuttal from the prosecution?

Probably bench trials with like minded judges.
If I were on the jury, I’d certainly be turned-off by this performance. What does he think he’s convincing them of, with a three-hour harangue? He’s not even a very compelling speaker.
Then offer something intelligent.
