About the only good thing Lin Wood and/or John Peirce did for Kyle.
The key point of her testimony is that a jam can include a spent cartridge that needs to be manually ejected. Grosskrutez claimed he saw Rittenhouse clear a jam.
It is a thin and largely pointless argument, but the DA is trying to claim that shows that Rittenhouse tried to shoot Grosskruetz when the rioter had his hands up.

Comments like those referenced by TigerClaws actually pollute this forum. The name calling at the Junior High level is why I no longer recommend FR to other people. When I do, I feel it necessary to warn them to overlook the childish rants.
The assumption is that what he says in court is true, and what he says out of court is not.
Even if what he says out of court is “I lied in court.”
In the sequence of events, when did this occur. You imply that it was before the first guy was killed by Kyle. Is this correct? Was Kyle already on the ground when the person kicked him?
Did Binger pay Karen to sneeze right there so that he could try to convince people that he really does have a heart and cares?

To answer your question directly, the court doesn’t know. But forpurposes of the trial, only what is uttered in court has play.
Either side COULD, if it wanted to, dra him back into trial on motion to the judge. Any charging for perjury is up to the same DA office that is protecting the liar.
Jump kick man is in the scene just prior to Kyle being hit by the skate board - within a second or two.
Okay, so he’s kicked in the face - so a reasonable conjecture may be made that he was in fear for his safety, which may have contributed to his action in shooting Huber.

It was interesting to hear mention of the Grosskrutez round collected in evidence.
How would that have found it’s way to the street?
Did Grosskrutez forget he had one in the chamber when he cycled it to shoot Kyle?

This can influence a jury—he should be in jail.
Yeah, I wish the defense would/could have shown it, minus the narration or with the defense narrating. That and the video that Posobiec posted that it the FBI aerial side by side and synced with cell phone video that shows Rosenbaum lying in wait for Kyle, ambush style.
I missed that, but it sounds hysterical. And I wouldn’t put it past the judge, that it was a reference similar to “Let’s Go Brandon”. LOL
