Today we have to wonder what will be the more likely cause of the next riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Will it be an acquittal of the defendant either by the jury or a directed verdict of Not Guilty? And if the latter happens will they riot because the judge is apparently a Lee Greenwood, even to the extent of have "God Bless the USA" as a ringtone on his phone.
The judge suggests that the trial should be ready to wrap up by Tuesday.
Progressives Demand ‘Mistrial’ Over Rittenhouse Judge’s ‘God Bless The U.S.A.’ Ringtone
I expect soon that legislation will be introduced that no one may act in the capacity of a judge in a BLM/ANTIFA-related case unless they can prove that they share their vision of a defunct America. Never again will we see judges with pro-American values.
It's a standard thing you do when you start cross-examining any expert. You just always do it. The idea is that the jury might be offended by how much the expert charged, or the high rates he charged, and might feel that the expert's testimony is in a sense "bought", and thus biased. In this case the prosecution's cross was pretty anemic.
Some of the most fun you'll ever have as an attorney is cross-examining a psychiatrist. To begin with, they are all nuts, and it's usually easy to bring that out. Next, when you start asking about how much they charge, like the prosecution here did here, you can make the point that they charge for a full hour, but really only spend forty-five minutes with the subject. No matter how they attempt to clarify that, it always leaves the impression that they are cheating their own client.
You make a salient point. The weakness of your argument is the fact that I never suggested such a thing.
Try again.
Judge just yelled . . . “Whats the relevance of this” just after Binger tried to argue his point when the judge asked him “What’s the relevance of this.”
Then he broke for lunch.
WWIII about to start methinks.
Amazing enlightenment occuring in at least some of thewe leftwing dweebs !
Wow! Kyle is changing hearts and minds across the country.
I was like that until yesterday. I thought at least one, or all, except Rittenhouse, were black. My comment on learning otherwise was, “Perhaps someone is passing.”
Point taken. ‘atta-boy’ is a poor choice of words on my part.
He could have put his arm around him to say it’s okay.
But they totally ignored him. There is video of that.
“reasonably perceptive,” right, sure.
What difference does the race of the people shot make? I swear, all these “highly educated, reasonably perceptive” people are racist bigots.
I am not asking for the identity of “jump kick man”. I realize that he supposedly cannot be found. My question relates to his significance. What did he do to be an actor in this play? Why would someone want to find him?
Somehow bein’ a commentator is more officialized.
He kicked Kyle in the head and Kyle fired at his twice, missing him.
He also can be shown to be a reason why Kyle was fearing for his life and needing self-defense.
I’m certain those thoughts have crossed the judge’s mind. But then all the invective gets aimed at him and his family and the end of his career. What prevents him from dismissing with prejudice is a lack of courage.
“The weakness of your argument is the fact that I never suggested such a thing.”
From my 3rd party perception, ya kinda did.
That being said, a heartfelt squeeze of his arm and empathetic glance or something similar to show his empathy would have not been a bad thing.
I think this is the first time that I have heard Chinese food refereed to as Asian food, as the judge just did.

Prosecutor doesn’t know the details of his own exhibits. Now plays “shocked” and wants to know what reporter used raw material to make edited material. “Editorial prerogative.”
I think the bias of the witness is fairly obvious, and don’t think that Binger amplifying it does any good. The reporter doesn’t like rioters. Binger does.
I thought the prosecution rested its case yesterday?
