Yeah. Let him explain his comment that he should have shot Kyle.He'll probably try to play the jury for sympathy as a "victim." The defense should have fun with that.

He’s just living evidence that Kyle was shooting to end threats posed to him. Since he still had the pistol and one good arm, he’s lucky Kyle didn’t finish him off.
Dirtbag #2 pretty much pulled the rifle into himself while Kyle’s finger was on the trigger.
