In Sweden, a new study followed 840,000 people who were double vaccinated for nine months which is longer than any previous study. The researchers matched them or “paired them” with another 840,000 people who were the same, age, sex and from the same area. Out of this 1.6 million pooled sample, 27,000 people went on to get infected, and most of them were unvaccinated (21,000). So that’s not surprising, but underlying this data was an extraordinary trend showing efficacy falling month after month. In the first two to four weeks, the double vaccinated were very well protected. But by nine months later, the efficacy was not just zero, but negative.

I don’t know about that. These vaccines were advocated to the public with assumptions that are now not in play such as affective ness over time, etc.
For example, when the vaccines were first announced, there was scant discussion on boosters by those within the CDC, FDA, elected officials, etc.
I think it is reasonable to explore why what was initially stated regarding COVID-19 vaccines has sometimes not been what was observed “in the field”. Other countries’ research as published in peer reviewed journals is an important component of that exploration.
Neither of these articles give the raw data or link to the raw data. Be very wary of such articles - they are likely to be just someone’s opinion on some study they may or may not have read. Always read the original study to see if you can agree with their conclusions. And if an article does not give links to studies, then it is prudent to just dismiss that article.
So if I read this correctly, after 7 months those people, who get vaccinated, are no better off than the people who never got vaccinated.
And those who did get vaccinated took the risk of something seriously happening to them from the vaccine.
No wonder booster shots are being pushed.

Sorry lodi - I responded to the wrong post! oops
BTW, almost all vaccines require boosters and none are 100% effective.

We’re up to 3 and in some cases 4 doses of Covid vaccines in less than a year. Real vaccines that require boosters, like tetanus, are only needed every 10 years.
I know I did. Where’s the best “guess” which variant is involved?
If it’s Alpha, then surprise-surprise the “vaccine” had limited use - for a while.
Fixed it for you.
Which proves the vaxxes DON’T work.
Boosters for legitimate vaccines are not needed every 6 months after already having had two injections.
“””We’re up to 3 and in some cases 4 doses of Covid vaccines in less than a year. Real vaccines that require boosters, like tetanus, are only needed every 10 years.”””
I took the pneumonia vaccine about 5 years ago and then waited one year for the second dose.
I have not heard anything from my doctor about having to take another pneumonia vaccine booster after taking the two initial shots.
So I agree with you.
Nonsense. It’s the isolation that causes the worst transmission rates. Cooping people up in their homes for long periods of time are guaranteed to spread disease.
Getting outside in the fresh air and sunshine is good for you and Covid has been shown to be virtually impossible to transmit outdoors.
I have personally witnessed Ivermectin working numerous times and saved lives. Who to believe, some Big Pharma spokesman or my lying eyes.
That India study has you guys really nervous.
How can you have negative efficacy?!
They test for antibodies - you can’t have a negative number of Covid antibodies.
—
Efficacy is not a measure of antibodies, it is a measure of the probability of becoming ill from Covid.
Your body’s immune system is a layered defense of innate and acquired immunity. An incredibly complex physical-chemical machine.
As such, it also has balancing/feedback mechanisms which are not fully understood. A well functioning immune system is phenomenal at protecting the human body from pathogens. If it becomes disrupted, one can end up with horrible problems where the immune system either becomes suppressed (possibly leading to cancers and other issues) or overactive (attacking the body’s own cells).
It’s a mechanism which one should respect and treat delicately. The rushed deployment of these covid vaccines, their fading efficacy, and the concerted efforts to cover up ill effects all point to a cavalier disregard for such safeguards in testing and deployment.
but by nine months later, the efficacy was not just zero, but negative. What ?
Nearly 70 reviewed studies show Ivermectin works at a rate of 66% on avg while the vax works at 40% and aspirin at 25%.
Who gets Flu boosters?
And why should we get last year’s flu shot for this year’s flu?
Who gets Flu boosters?
My neighbor and her husband can’t wait for their boosters , D’oh
Yes. The entire article after that sentence.

As noted by many FReeper's comments, still unknown is what is the result of these injections, long term, on our immune system and other disease resistance.
There has yet been no long term study on this issue.
In order to find out the long term ramifications might be,
you have to look for it !
AMEN to what you said!
Define “efficacy.” Mitigation of symptoms, or prevention of infection. If the former, how do they know it isn’t because of mutation?
