Prediction Markets swung a full 20% in Terrys direction @ Predit’s website in the last hour. Yesterday he was at 48, today he is at 58 to beat YK. Why?

Guess the whole 8 point lead Youngkin had on Fox News poll was too good to be true?

If you think the Democrats cheated in 2020 and the California recall but think they won’t cheat in this one, I have a bridge to sell you

As important as the Governors race is, I hope we do well in the Lt Governor’s and Attorney General’s race.

Have any Virginia Freepers heard anything about the chances of the GOP regaining control of the Assembly?

Yes, but Republicans need a big turnout today to overcome what is supposed to be a big Dem edge in early voting. Let’s hope they get it.

Apparently Roanoke County met 70% of its 2017 vote as of *10AM*. This is a Republican bastion in SWVA that’s Trump+20

Apparently McAuliffe needs more than 350k to his advantage to start the night since the EVs will be counted first. There were somewhere around 1.1 million total early votes, with dems having 53% and R’s around 30%.

Remember, Youngkin commands a 10-15% advantage among the indies, when all this fleshes out among the EVs (estimates - D=583k, R=330K, I=253k), it comes down to McAuliffe (at the most, and that assumes all dems votes for him) starting tonight with a lead of less than about 230k. That assumes only a 10% advantage among the indies for Youngkin and all dems voting for McAuliffe.

Considering many estimates show Youngkin’s ED advantage to be around 66%, that deficit can be made up easily.

"Do most liberal surburban Moms think that having the teachers teach what they want is a bad thing?"

Great point. That and too many suburban moms see schools as day care and have little interest in what is taught.

Biden just said in his press conference in Glasgow that he was confident that McAwful will win. Fix is in?

But..... A FReeper kept telling all of us how it is impossible to have more than 350K mail in ballots!

I feel Youngkin should have pulled Trump in closer and had help campaign. I see this ad as negative.

Biden gave a speech a few minutes ago at the Climate BS Show - anyhow it appears he knows McAwful is going to win... it was like he almost spilled how much McAwful would win by...

I’m guessing the fix is in.

Back in 2020, LS could be found on threads like this. A few other Freepers too - although their names are escaping me. These were people who seemed to be plugged in as to what was happening in elections.

I haven’t heard from any of them in quite some time. Anyone know where they are or if they’re still active?

These moms are so clueless. As long as they can drop their kids off everyday, then head on over to the spa or tennis court, etc., they think they’ve had a good day.

If Youngkin loses, the parents who have been speaking up should immediately remove their kids from govt. schools.

I’m a big believer in the prediction market. No one is going to bet on something they don’t feel strongly about. Unless its some Democrat billionaire putting in a few million to mess with the prediction numbers, but I find that hard to believe.
