I remain hopeful and prayerful.
I am not going to be polly anna though.
The administration is defiant. Dealing with that takes a long time.
“It is Plaintiffs’ burden to demonstrate impending irreparable harm…but Plaintiffs offer nothing beyond speculation to suggest that their religious exception requests will be denied and that they will be disciplined at all, much less on the first day that such discipline is theoretically possible,” wrote the Biden administration in its filing Friday.”
Is that bull spit or what? It is to say, you’re making this up, you don’t even know what the consequence is for not taking the jab, we’re good guys but we reserve the right to do anything we want to you. If these aren’t demonic bastards I never saw one.
It appears the judge does not believe she has jurisdiction over the military,
“The judge on Thursday also asked the administration to agree that “active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.””
The money quote from this to me is:
“This combination is dangerous to American liberty,” Yoder continued. “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion. With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.”
I'm grateful to see that the judge at least granted the injunction so that the appeal process can play out, and with the way the courts can drag these things out, it could be months before the endgame is upon us.

I agree, that was the money quote. I hope now that more lawsuits are filed, and that this thing expands and blows up in Biden's face. If nothing else, I think Biden having stolen the election is waking people up, and encouraging them to take back the nation before it's too late.
I would be interested in hearing more about that discussion.
I share to hold your hope. The administrations scathing retort is expected but maybe beneficial to reason. The more outrageous they become the more they expose themselves for the evil they are. They are doing a good job of being outrageous.
“This needs to be fast tracked to the Supreme Court. NOW”
They’ll support Biden. We already know how they roll.
Seriously doubt it. That means they will have to fall under the same mandate, not to mention, no cops, enjoy your limo drive home to whatever neighborhood isn’t on fire.
"Upon receipt of official guidance or orders to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine it is my intent to submit a request for exemption based on personally held religious beliefs"
Well, the Regime has treated the judge’s order as a request and they have refused it. The ball is back in the Judge’s court.
So how does this trickle down to Department of Commerce employees?
Please add me to the ping!
“...at the judgment they might begin to question themselves...”
I tend to believe that their first sense of having screwed up royally will be when they realize they’ve died but still exist, and it’s too late to revise their spiritual posture.
I can’t imagine the magnitude of that hit.
Meanwhile,. workers get persecuted by non-govt companies in control of leftists.
boot, neck, some assembly required
I agree with you on this.
You have it E X A C T L Y right.
From what I read the DOD has said to do nothing with any exemption requests received. And that guidance is coming out “soon”(?).
Judge Kotelly is an interesting jurist.
Her appointment background is a mixed bag.
Reagan started her career with an appointment to the D.C. Superior (Local) Court.
Clinton promoted her to D.C. Federal District Judge.
Then Rehnquist appointed her as Presiding Judge of the FISA Court, a job she held from 2002-2009.
That is itself a good thing. When the process is the punishment, temporary relief can be decisive in preventing people from buckling under to the immense power of the federal government.
Injunctions, what a lame strategy. They’re going to blanket deny the religious exemptions and Republicans sit on their hands while the culling goes along unabated.
Appreciate your post.
