The judge may have saved the boy’s life.
This story is not exactly what we were originally told it was. It is mentioned in the article that boy and girl had “hooked up several times in the rest room”. That changes the impression I had of a guy identifying as a girl and then pouncing on an unsuspecting female. She would have known about him and his proclivities already. It does bring up the question “is the boy actually identifying as a girl?” If the school knew he had “hooked up” with the girl in the restroom, why are they catering to his fantasy of pretending to be a girl? It should be obvious he is only wearing a skirt in order to have unfettered access to the girls’ restroom.
That little mutt should be surgically gelded.
And what about the school board and administrators who knew the boy was a problem, the boy who had a previous similar incident? They should be charged as accessories to the crime.
Will they charge the school board with suppression of evidence, interfering with a criminal investigation, and aiding and abetting the second rape?
That is what needs to happen.
The girl was raped. Her father arrested. The school board needs to be in jail. That will be better than an apology.
Insanity is now public policy.
She wasn’t assaulted. She was raped and sodomized. That boy would be dead if it was my daughter. He should be dead. Degenerate evil.
They attacked the parent and covered up the crime.
The local school board in particular needs to be arrested and charged. The author of the NSBA letter to the FBI needs to be charged as well.
Did the judge say that the boy was guilty, or did he say there was enough evidence to go forward to trial? It would be highly unlikely that a crime that happened in May would already result in the grilty verdict. And this was a bench trial not a jury trial? I question the validity of this reporting.
Apology, i think a humungous law suit is in the works. Along with criminal charges against the school board. Grab the popcorn.
I see a civil suit on the horizon.
Still waiting on criminal charges for the school board members. They were required by law to report these crimes and they swept them under the table.
