This isn't a man raping a child scenario (at least I think the skirt wearer was a student, not a school worker).
I live in Loco. I am ready to flee at this point. Not sure where.

The pair chatted daily on an app called Discord, according to the boy's attorney, and regularly discussed sex. They had met up in the girl's bathroom at Stone Bridge High School before, he said, to fool around.
The boy's attorney, William Mann, argued that because they'd had consensual sex before - in the bathrooms - he was reasonable in assuming consent on May 28. The judge disagreed. The boy is also facing another sexual battery charge on a different girl at a different school in the district. That case has not been resolved yet, and he will return to court on November 15 for sentencing."
What is not clear to me is if the girl admits to having "hooked up" in the past, or if this is only an asserion by the boy's lawyers.
They attacked the parent and covered up the crime.
The local school board in particular needs to be arrested and charged. The author of the NSBA letter to the FBI needs to be charged as well.

Did the judge say that the boy was guilty, or did he say there was enough evidence to go forward to trial? It would be highly unlikely that a crime that happened in May would already result in the grilty verdict. And this was a bench trial not a jury trial? I question the validity of this reporting.
Sounds to me like the boy’s lawyer is trying to create a “he said/she said” scenario....
There is one whose Twitter I sometimes read, who is the son of a friend of mine from school, many years ago.
He is transitioning to become a woman, supposedly. And his fiancé or fiancée (??) is also a male, who is transitioning to be a female.
Truly, I don’t get it at all. I think it is more about trying to be weird and victimhood than anything else.
Let’s guess...Juvie decision...probably no adult prison...labeled and must identify as a sex offender, community service...exigent circumstances because of previous fooling around.
Surgically? A pair of loppers should do.

I took this story hook line and sinker but my wife was no no no. She finds is difficult to believe this girl was vaginally, oraly and analy raped in a bathroom but no one came in or saw it or heard it.
Like anythig it’s probably somewhere in between.

Are you calling “conservatives” pejoratively stupid? Are you separating yourself from “conservatives”? Are you saying the judge ruled this case wrongly? Are you disputing the rape kit evidence clearly showing the young women had been raped? Are you conjuring up your own facts to support your assertions?

And this was a bench trial not a jury trial?
I’ve never heard of (which means nothing of course) of juvenile court trials involving juries. Everything takes place behind closed doors.
