Liberty Counsel has filed a class action lawsuit along with a motion for a temporary restraining order and injunction against Joseph R. Biden, U.S. Secretary of the Department of Defense Lloyd Austin and U.S. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas on behalf of members from all five branches of the military -- Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard -- federal employees and federal civilian contractors, who have been unlawfully mandated to get the COVID shots or face dishonorable discharge from the military or termination from employment.

Despite the known harm to members of the military, the shot mandate was imposed on all members. Merely submitting a religious exemption request is met with abuse and threats of dishonorable discharge – the ultimate betrayal of America to these brave military heroes who have sacrificed everything. The lawsuit includes a Declaration under oath by a military chaplain who fears the rate of suicide will increase because of the abusive pressure.

You do know that most of our troops have had the shot since last year? They also get other shots mandatory including Anthrax. If they cannot prove they were vaccinated during childhood they will get all the shots over again. What are you talking about that our soldiers have their guns pointed at the American people?
I retired from the DoD at the end of 2019. Still in touch with some folks still working st my old facility...they are livid about this b.s.
So glad I left when I did but I fully expect an attempt to force retirees to get one of these mark of the beast shots by threatening my medical benefits in some way. Probly a threat to jack up premiums unless I take this abomination....not gonna happen.
I have many friends in the military and civilian side of the Air Force, and none of what you said is happening.
The shot wasn’t mandatory and really didn’t “come up” and become an issue until Obama, I mean, Biden, I mean, Soros made it one.
The Anthrax shot stopped many years ago after many lawsuits.

I guess you are unaware that the military also used antibody tests to determine if one needs a vaccination until very recently.
2018 army reg on controlling infectious disease states that antibody test are sufficient and equal to vaccination. All other departments cited this reg for their own policies.
This changed for covid. Vax required.

(c) An individual’s clinical case is not readily definable. In such cases, consult appropriate medical specialists, including specialists in immunization health care.
Not true. I work with pilots and boom operators. They still have to get the Anthrax shot if the member deploys. It’s mandatory.
I deployed in 2017 and got the anthrax series. Plus close to a dozen other shots including polio twice. Has antibodies for a couple things and didn’t need the vaccine. Don’t recall what it was. They didn’t like that air had polio cpvax 4 months prior to deployment, so I got to do it again despite having been vaccinated as a kid decades earlier.
Ever deploy? I did in 2017 and know for a fact you are not correct about anthrax. They may have changed the recipe, but they certainly are giving the anthrax series.
There have been several who didn’t deploy because they wouldn’t take the anthrax vaccine. They have since retired, mainly due to the military forcing them out because of not taking those shots.

Deployed many times, got one anthrax shot in 2001, retired in 2016. Which branch did you serve?
AF civilian. Spent 2 years in AFG.
Not sure what happens after the 22nd…
