Would it be ok if they say it in Quebecois? That version of “French” that they speak that even the French don’t understand (at least at the Quebec City French Consulate)?

That’s true. But that in itself is inconsistent with the law when it goes into medical expectations. By forcing someone to be thrown out of a job based solely on possibilities that do not create anything more than a guess as to their possibilities without due process is unlawful if it is not in the contractual agreement with the law. And this is not a law, it is a decision by the company with “sky is falling” attitudes.
Factually, the current administration tried to bluff everyone by applying this move to federal employees under contract that contain such wording that was accepted by the employee. So all they can enforce it on are those federal contracted employees. And those not working under contracts that stipulate the health wording are waived. Otherwise, they can take the company, to include the federal government, to court and they will win the case as there is no precedence to determine the needs of the many over the needs of the few as not using the vaccine does not guarantee getting the virus. So there is no conclusive establishment of threat. It’s also possible that a airplane can fall out of the sky and hit your office. Do we outlaw airplanes? People have privileges (rights according to some) in the U.S.
But people are fat and sassy now and can collect unemployment dollars now extremely high until the gravy train stops and they can get their jobs back when they are missed rather than spend money for an attorney and court costs.
