Here's a good wrap-up of the story so far.

Teachers and administrators are mandatory reporters for any youth protection issues. There’s no such thing as handling it in house.

I’m a senior volunteer with a national youth organization. If something isn’t reported and I become aware, it falls on me. There’s no wiggle room.

These vermin need to be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and conspiracy to cover up a crime.

they were going to handle the matter “in-house”

This principal attempted to cover up the rape of a minor student on his campus. He should absolutely be in jail, and in a just world, much worse.

We are ended so far as a peaceful return to something like a civil, safe and decent society. That ship has sailed and the horse has left the barn. It may even be too late to close the gate.

The very idea, how can anyone defend such events or take such actions against a person in the right as this father? The Rubicon is crossed again. What really needs to happen won’t.

We do not have any kind of the will to make the changes necessary. I think of that line from the “Green Mile” when Coffey says “he killed them with they love” referring to wild bill and his killing of the two little sisters. The left has killed us already with our Liberty using our own Constitution against us. How they have done that is a very long discussion of an uncertain conclusion for me but I think it is related to our being asleep, ambivalent, immoral, uneducated etc.

I think the only way out of many of our problems is a time of the benevolent dictator who will step in without personal consequence and make the hard decisions and take the hard actions for us to put us back on track and then leave again.

You are absolutely right. There is no wiggle room. The principal and any others who knew of this should be fired and convicted.

There is a commonly charged crime here.
Called Accessory-after-the-Fact.
No different than burying a weapon you know was used for a murder.

The school board became an accessory to the raping of their students. And nothing will ever come of it.
That is why normal Americans are so upset.

Around here, they have laws that certain people are mandatory reporters, who can be criminally prosecuted for being aware of crimes such as this and covering them up. Seems like the family needs to personally sue any individuals in the school administration or school board, who were involved in this cover-up, IMO.

You’re 100% correct. But as we’ve learned, the only thing that matters is whether or not a prosecutor is willing to go after the school officials.

Unlikely in this case, sadly.

This makes the Administrator and staff/teachers who Knew about the attacks criminally liable as “accessories after the fact” for failure to report them to the police.

Fire-able, sue-able, jail-able.

In Texas there is a saying for this situation... "Some people just need killing"
