Oregon has a less than zero chance of making the playoffs after the official stole the game with a phantom flag on 4th and goal and no time on the clock. It will be GA, Bama, Ohio State and winner of Big 12 unless they can get a third SEC team in.
I’m not bitter Alabama lost. Even though there were some questionable calls in favor of the Aggies in their last two drives, eventually, a loss happens.
Saban isn’t Jesus, I keep having to remind people down thisaway.
It will be hard to keep an undefeated Cincinnati team out of the playoffs. There will be a bias for the committee to select a non-power conference team to compete in the playoffs for the first time.
Oregon did beat Ohio State at Ohio State. If an OT loss to Stanford at Stanford is the only blemish on their record, Oregon has a shot.
Ohio State still has to play Penn State, Michigan State, and Michigan. If Ohio State beats all three and then Iowa, the Oregon victory will look even more impressive.
If GA beats Alabama in the championship game, Alabama is out with two losses. That opens a slot for another non-SEC team.
Not Ohio State, Michigan State.
