A Democrat member of the Pennsylvania state House of Representatives has introduced a bill to require mandatory vasectomies for men over the age of 40, or who have already fathered three children, "whichever comes first."
The bill would also enable women to take "civil action" against those who "wrongfully conceive" with them. The bill would "codify 'wrongful conception' to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing conception during intercourse."

**** Pennsy Ping ****
Is this called the NFL Control Bill?
This Bill is to keep Black men from having more than 3 kids on welfare.
Where is the protest from BLM?
Hey, they are living up to their racist goals. At least they are no longer hiding it.
“Can you imagine the unintended consequences?”
No, but I would be immensely entertained watching them come about.
The Shawn Kemp or Evander Holyfield bill.
My youngest son would like to have a few words in a secluded room with Mr. Rabb. He was born a few months before my 48th birthday.
A law needs to be passed that all registered Demonicrats have vasectomies or have their tubes tied.
Does this apply also to trans men?
Will he be the first to have the procedure?
How Communist of them.
Babylonbee?
How about the George Foreman bill?
Or maybe the Planned Parenthood/Margaret Sanger bill?
“This Bill is to keep Black men from having more than 3 kids on welfare.”
Lots of articles with black men with 8-10 children with different women. All paid for by the state.
The bill would “codify ‘wrongful conception’ to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing conception during intercourse.”
What if the woman led a man to believe that certain precautions aren’t needed, because she had that all taken care of?
What if a woman is negligent, in that, she mixed up or missed a day taking the pill? Isn’t she then on the hook under this sort of legislation?
Would there be he said/she said situations? Such as, she is saying he refused to use a condom, while he said she told him it wasn’t needed, so that’s why no condoms were used?
This could get really messy.
My father was just about 50 when I was born.
If they can force you to inject chemicals into your body against your will, why not this.
Re: Babylon Bee
Demcorat Rep. Chris Rabb, who represents Pennsylvania’s 200th legislative district in northwest Philadelphia, has said that his introduction of the bill is to “codify the definition of wrongful conception to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing conception during intercourse.”
Last, this bill will empower Pennsylvanians to enforce this prospective law by offering a $10K reward for reporting to the proper authorities those #scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted timeframe. /4
