A UCLA professor is suing the school for putting him on involuntary leave and allegedly threatening to fire him because he refused to grade black students more leniently than whites in the wake of George Floyd’s murder.

MORE PARTICIPATION TROPHY NONSENSE.
When/IF any of those students get a job, the scam is over.
Employers do NOT consider a paycheck a participation trophy.
I agree, and some of the documents that verify that someone
has learned enough to get their degree, are nothing more
than an elaborate lies.
“Men who actually work for a living will judge you by your character and work ethic, and not your skin color.”
As a tradesman you will also be judged by the quality of your work and unlike the academic field you do not get any points for effort.
I can't tell you how many applications I turned down based on the "writing" by some. And these were supposedly college grads.
Yeah, but aren’t you comparing . . .
My son attended Cal State in the Spring of 2020. That semester, the professors graded ALL the students leniently because of remote learning AND because (as he told me he was told) “black students were having a hard time.”
I've wondered about that. I have NEVER seen any media person ask, for example, why it appears by television commercials that three-quarters of the nation is black. Like many things in the Left's version of reality, there is no answer, because no one is allowed to ask the question.
And I certainly would love to see an average black American's response to the Left's incredibly-insulting Voter ID nonsense, where they infer that black people aren't smart enough to obtain an ID. Completely racist, but no one calls them on it.
Believing that any given race is not capable of meeting known and expected standards is racist. That they cannot excel by their own merit is racist. It is a disservice to the black students to not intellectually push them to be their best and just hand out participation trophies. That is real racism and the school needs to be called out on it.
May he get ALL the money.
This is what entitled plus low IQ looks like. Why bother going to school at all.
Suspended for not being racist. This is where we are.
Jake from State Farm, the khaki-wearing white guy, was replaced by a black Jake who now gets free food from all his white customers.

“ One who thinks blacks cannot compete academically is a racist.”
And what do YOU think (be honest)?
George Costanza.... It’s not really a lie Jerry, if you truly believe....
I have spoken to my black democrat relatives about the Voter ID controversy. They know it’s a fake cause, but figure their leaders ‘have a reason’ for putting it that way, so they can continue ‘serving the people’. (!!!)
I used to point out, elected officials such as Maxine Waters and Shiela J. only seem eager to serve their own interests, while their constituents remain in poverty or underserved areas. Then, the older relatives ignore that, and start talking about the wonderful work of Labor Unions for the common man. To them, it’s always around 1955. I stopped trying to enlighten them. They don’t want to know.
grading black students more leniently
blacks should be pissed , you know what others will be saying behind their backs
The rat party says...
Blacks are too stupid to get a ID.
Blacks are too stupid to write cursive.
Blacks are too stupid to do simple arithmetic.
Blacks are too stupid to work...
I’ve yet to hear black folks address these rat talking points.....
In every class, he gave mid-term and finals tests only. Each test consisted of 5 essay questions. You’d swear he thought them up walking to the classroom.
Two, sometimes three, of the questions required an answer starting with “based on the information you’ve provided, I cannot answer the question.” Then you’d have to explain why.
I’d bet the vast majority of today’s students would steer clear of his classes...too much work.
When did you attend college?
Oh boy. That must be seriously frustrating.
Well, try to have a good weekend in spite of it! :)
