A UCLA professor is suing the school for putting him on involuntary leave and allegedly threatening to fire him because he refused to grade black students more leniently than whites in the wake of George Floyd’s murder.

So he is required to use the 3/5 rule then?
....refused to buy the text books for class....
Hey, did you check to see if the great grandfather of the math text book author held slaves? Book should be banned then.
The dems want to keep blacks down and poor. They do this by giving them special privileges and keeping them out of the job market. Passing people who are failing is a sure way to make the person fail later on.
To get out of the democrat-induced plantation, they must be held to the same standards as everyone else, with no special privileges.
When the moon turns purple with yellow polka dots.
The dems engineered a pandemic and a health crisis to kick blacks out of their jobs, among other reasons. Trump had them going back to work, and that meant they would no longer vote like slaves for the dems. Unacceptable to the democrat slaveowners.
Read Candace Owen’s book: Blackout.
All the "professor" has to do is teach hard (for publicity purposes) and mark easy (so the diploma recipient can point to the published papers), to successfully graduate the ripened payee without further excuse.
All this is the culmination of the pyramidal "student loan" scheme initiated in the early 1960s. Its products are mostly proud shams of the concept, fostered by greedy administrators.
Plain to see.
Beleieve me, many of us are, very deeply embarassed.
But not many tend to ask people like us for our unpopular opinions on this topic.
"Normal" American black people may be embarrassed by their white overlords, but will remain silent if they are to benefit from their pandering.
Are black people really that stupid and incompetent?
White liberals believe so.
If I remember this story correctly, it was so the black students could delay taking a test or getting more time on an assignment, something like that.
What can ANY employer possibly expect from a student today????
All the students, both black and white, should sue the university for discrimination.
Maybe some of these people of color don't belong in an academic setting. But make no mistake. Learning a trade is just as challenging, perhaps more so. Professional tradesmen aren't going to take backtalk and laziness. Not for one second. The BS the colored students pulled on their academic teachers will fail big time in the real world. Men who actually work for a living will judge you by your character and work ethic, and not your skin color.
Yeah. Last I saw they weren’t demanding correct test answers from anybody.
The lawsuit is about grading inequality resulting from intellectual inequality
The primary reason for inequality is inequality
Floyd was already dying of a fentanyl overdose, Taylor was standing next to her boyfriend in the hallway when he used her as a human shield, and Arbery was not killed by law enforcement, but by locals (one a retired police officer).

More proof that liberals feel blacks are inferior
The Prof attempted to deny royal blood their right to free stuff.
The nerve!
What it all goes back to is "Honesty". Your ether you telling the truth on the documents you sign, or your telling a lie.. TRUTH is the one thing that cannot be compromised.. Anything else is wrong, and just doesn't work..
“I guess I can talk car stuff and sports and maybe comparisons of beer brands. A guy.”
Yeah, I get it. I guess all we white supremacists can do anymore is STF up and pay taxes.
They just reelected Newscum... Nuff said:-(
So, UCLA openly admits that they think that blacks are inferior to other races. I get it, that’s not racist at all. At least to an insane group of racists.
