When President Biden issued his edict mandating vaccines for all federal employees and contractors, along with employees in private-sector companies with 100 or more employees, there were a lot of questions about how the order would be implemented. We now know the answers to some of the more pressing questions that have been raised and one thing has become abundantly clear: The Biden administration is using 1984 as an instruction manual.
The White House issued “Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors” on Friday detailing the new vaccination policy. The COVID-19 workplace safety protocols “will apply to all covered contractor employees, including contractor or subcontractor employees in covered contractor workplaces who are not working on a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument.” The goal, according to the guidance, is to “decrease the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.”
Working remotely from home will not save you from the federal vax police.
An individual working on a covered contract from their residence is a covered contractor employee, and must comply with the vaccination requirement for covered contractor employees, even if the employee never works at either a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace during the performance of the contract.
The goal is to get shots in arms, not to protect federal employees in the workplace, which is weird, since the Biden administration is citing an obscure provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations to force vaccines on millions of Americans.

For the Fed contractors, yes. But for the OSHA (Employers > 100 Employees), OSHA has stated their regulations do not cover home offices.
Now, the Biden Tyrant might decide to wave his magic wand and change that without proper regulatory process...
And when they fire you, you won’t be able to collect unemployment if you’re not “vaccinated”. Bank on it.
According to AFL–CIO, it would take OSHA 129 years to inspect all workplaces under its jurisdiction. OSHA is not taking any steps.. to enforce a national worker vaccine mandate..
White House has no idea what the current plan is for OSHA to create a rule that will require a national mandate..
The Biden regime never did nor does intend to use OSHA as a national enforcement mechanism..

I don’t know about federal contractors, but there’s no way this falls within the scope of OSHA’s authority.
Congress desperately needs to take back its power to legislate.
OSHA has not issued mandated vaccine rules yet. Any firing based on the the vaccine are a civil rights vaccination. Big class action suit coming.
They have no intention of inspecting everywhere.
Compliance will be gained via employers making it so.
The employers can just point at the Federal government and say, their fault.
Biden leads by example. He got “vaccinated” even though he works from his basement.
They got placebos. Some of them anyway.
Don’t quit, let ‘em fire.
Call their bluff - Say you are fine with the jab, now that it is FDA approved. As soon as it is available, you will take it.

In CA you need proof of vaccine to eat at a restaurant or go to a concert or sporting event. I suspect the list is longer than that. I got vaccinated just so I go to the Olive Garden. (/jk)
That's the beauty of being a dictator. You don't have to inspect every business. The fear of being inspected will induce compliance.

If your company had 10 or fewer employees at all times during the last calendar year, you do not need to keep OSHA injury and illness records unless OSHA or the Bureau of Labor Statistics informs you in writing that you must keep records under § 1904.41 or § 1904.42. However, as required by § 1904.39, all employers covered by the OSH Act must report to OSHA any work-related incident that results in a fatality, the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees, an employee amputation, or an employee loss of an eye.
We have seen the Biden administration jailing political prisoners from January 6. Now they have jailed that colonel who criticized the withdrawal from Afghanistan (long after the incident occurred). How long better we see them jailing people who refuse the gene therapy? It seems anyone who disagrees with them faces the full force of the justice department.
