‘Decertify!’: Trump Supporters Explode After Seeing What’s Actually In Arizona Election Audit Results
https://beckernews.com ^ | September 24, 2021 | Kyle Becker

The official Arizona Senate election audit report is in – and Trump supporters are calling for the state’s 2020 election to be ‘decertified.’ The results showed “57,734 ballots with serious issues were identified.” If those ballots were not counted, that would be far beyond the margin of victory needed to overturn the results of the election. The independent auditors recommended that “the election should not be certified.”

In addition, there were more disturbing findings, according to Cyber Ninjas: A Dominion technician allegedly deleted all of the log files a day before the audit began, while other security lapses abounded. Trump supporters and election integrity advocates exploded at the findings on Twitter

The State of Arizona did the audit. They hired someone for the particulars, and to do the forensic analysis they are unequipped to do.

The Republican caucus contracted for the audit. It was paid for by private donations. To say that the State of Arizona did the audit is a stretch.

Ok. But if damning evidence shows up, I assume you’d agree that would be sufficient to prosecute any bad actors, and justifies further election controls to prevent reoccurance.

Arrest, detain, shoot.

The penalty for election fraud must always be instant death.

No mercy, no quarter.

Whining lawyers are aiding and abetting and subject to the same punishment

That’s a more reasonable answer then you’ve given so far here.

Except there is legal precedents for immediate remedy. You would not allow a bank robber to continue to spend the money while waiting for trial.

If this has to go through the court system there has to be some immediate Injunctions.

Agree 100%.

Which is?

You would not allow a bank robber to continue to spend the money while waiting for trial.

I already answered that.

If this has to go through the court system there has to be some immediate Injunctions.

And that is?

Arizona citizens need to liaison with citizens in those states...will make it easier for the legislators in those states if they have a groundswell, and harder for those legislators to continue to turn a blind eye.

Arizona’s fraud disenfranchises votes elsewhere as well-not just those votes of Arizonans. Fraud in one state impacts the vote nationwide-particularly if Congress in DC is very close to 50-50; a fraudulent state election with fraudulent House races and fraudulent Senate races can deprive the rest of the country of a representative Congress and allows the political, social and financial consequences of electoral and voter fraud to proceed unchallenged and unfettered-basically a “breeder reactor”.

A TRUE “national emergency”

It is for this reason the US Supreme Court has to get involved in this somehow. SC role-among others-is to mediate disputes between states.

Perhaps somehow the SC is the next stop for the Arizona audit data?

What would the results of decertification actually be? The wisest course of action would be to throw all our resources into enacting measures to ensure future elections are free of any fraud.

Given the nationwide corruption of legislative and judicial processes at the Federal and state levels-just exactly how is that to happen?

Geebus dude, go do some research

Google “inadequate remedy at law” prerequisite for injunction.

IMHO

By the general lack of consensuse this thread points out that decertification is not a clear remedy. Likewise, the lack of more than a one vote majority in the AZ Senate and the AZ House mean that election reform(s) are going to be haphazard at best. But election reform is the most practical thing that can be mounted with a very vocal and mad population pushing all involved.

Other than PDJT and Sen. Wendy Rogers, is anyone in the GOP calling for decertification?

Or even simply making a lot of noise about the now-obvious election theft?

As always, there is no opposition party in this country.

"The results showed “57,734 ballots with serious issues were identified.”"

Obvious solution: Round up 57,734 poops (demopoops) and hang them i.e. level the playing field, and then redo the election with appropriate safegaurds against further cheating.

Nothing in the Constitution or the law allows for a do-over.

Does the Constitution ban a "do-over"?

I would say it does. Nothing in the document, declared or implied, allows for do-over elections.

Unless you’re referring to the Arizona constitution, “The Constitution” applies to the federal government. Not the states.

Unless you’re referring to the Arizona constitution, “The Constitution” applies to the federal government. Not the states.

But the federal constitution lays out when the Electoral College meets and when presidential terms begin and end. Say Arizona decertifies its slate of electoral voters? Then what? Are you expecting the electoral college to meet again and vote? Nothing in the Constitution allows for that. Are you saying votes cast in in December 2020 suddenly are withdrawn? Nothing in the Constitution or law allows for that. So even if they were decertified, which they won't be, what changes?
