But the federal constitution lays out when the Electoral College meets and when presidential terms begin and end. Say Arizona decertifies its slate of electoral voters? Then what? Are you expecting the electoral college to meet again and vote? Nothing in the Constitution allows for that. Are you saying votes cast in in December 2020 suddenly are withdrawn? Nothing in the Constitution or law allows for that. So even if they were decertified, which they won't be, what changes?
What would change? Perhaps the future....
If Arizona looks at the numbers post audit and determines that due to fraud and illegally cast ballots that they don’t have confidence in their previous and decertify the election ......
It gives conservatives/election integrity folks a final “judgment” as proof to the mushy middle that fraud can change outcomes.
It’s well worth the effort.
