So there is no suggestion in that letter that the vote is fraudulent or that the the election results should be de certified. Even though evidence was found that the results could easily be compromised by thousands of votes. Quite right!
Fann did say, however, in her opening statements that the hearing was not about de-certifying.
Her disappointing letter stated the legislature's "sharpest concerns" were satisfied when audit2 confirmed audit1's count That she painfully ignored the fact the count includes patently bogus ballots may tell us a lot about Arizona politics.

After the 2020 election, Arizona's Republican led Senate hired a cybersecurity firm with no election experience to audit over 2 million ballots from Maricopa County.[64] Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs was concerned about security leaks during the audit. Brnovich responded and said the Department of Justice will not intervene without credible facts.[65]
In March 2021, Brnovich personally argued on behalf of Arizona in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee, where he asked the Supreme Court to uphold Arizona election laws that restricted ballot collections and threw out votes that were cast in the wrong precinct.[66][circular reference] Brnovich argued that these laws were needed to "safeguard election integrity."[67] The Supreme Court ruled in a 6 to 3 decision in favor of the Arizona state voting laws.[68] wikipedo

Ummm, they were auditors, not able to make charges. That’s what bronivich is supposed to do as AZ Attny Gen. I doubt he will, he had no (manhood) other times things of importance came to his office. Maybe God will shake him up and get his to act as he should about this?

yes her letter was disappointing. lets see what the AG does. Unfortunately for the voters in AZ that may be a sidetrack, even an intentional misdirection.
A RINO AG as suggested by jpsb upthread might well immediately launch an effort designed to take years to bear fruit, and not at all disturb the results of the election.
IMO, the principal remedy sought by the voters is not the identification and punishment of any wrongdoers, but the timely correction of an election that has been clearly demonstrated to have been significantly corrupted. This is regardless of who the actors were. Until then, the voters have to continue with the unpleasant realization they are living 24/7 with a corrupt government.
At this point, Wendy Rogers appears to be ready to step in the gap.
(Easy fix: install a reasonably secure ballot casting and counting procedure, conform with existing state statutes and conduct a do-over. And, enjoy a standing ovation from similarly situated states!)
