"Force A Shot On Us? We Force A Shot On You!' Tennessee Store Sign Warns

A sign appearing to threaten violence on anyone attempting to enforce a vaccine mandate has been spotted in Tennessee.

The anti-vaccination message was highlighted by local news source The Tennessee Holler, which shared a video to Twitter showcasing the digital display. It starts by showing a picture of a hand holding a syringe alongside a message stating: "Force a shot on us?"

The image then switches to that of a gun being pointed directly at the viewer, accompanied by the caption: "We force a shot on you!" It then changes again, this time to a message written in yellow text against a black background that reads: "The final COVID variant Communism."
According to the Tennessee Holler, the warning is on display outside the Lewis Country Store on Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville.

At the time of writing, the video showcasing the sign had been viewed more than 382,000 times on Twitter, garnering over 1,200 retweets and 2,300 likes.

The responses to the video on Twitter have been negative with one user, danielblack108, commenting "I hate living here" in response to the post. Another, lcatboonies, said the people behind the sign "deserve a visit from the FBI" while graphaks joked that the message must be "great for tourism." Cruzinmrs, meanwhile, asked: "Do they think they are the only people with guns? Because they're not." However, the most vitriolic responses have come on Yelp, where critics flooded the store's page with one-star reviews condemning the sign.

"Maybe not a good idea to threaten customers or anyone in general if you're trying to run a business," Chuck P. commented. "Hope everyone stays far away from this "establishment". If COVID doesn't kill you then I'm sure the owner will."

Unfortunately, I think things will progress to that point.

Seen yesterday 9/22/21 in Tucson AZ. a small truck with approx. 3x5 flags either side of back of the cab, with the message of “F**k you Joe Biden” and a similar message across the bottom for those who voted for him.

If it does, it will be for a Great Deal more than the jab. Much more.

The last thing anyone wants in this world is violence and the Lord knows I don’t want it.

But the coercion to vaccinate is incitement to violence and its lighting matches around the gasoline.

And the media just wants us to think the explosion caused by their attitude towards vaccination and vaccination coercion by government or business is the problem.

"Maybe not a good idea to threaten customers or anyone in general if you're trying to run a business…”

Probably not.

But it’s also not a good idea to threaten American citizens and try to force them to have chemicals injected into them that they may not want.

Those are too vulgar for me in a public setting, even if I agree with the message. Very common around here, governor too.

What diner would use Yelp to determine their food choices? If I travel to another city, I am eating at either a well-known chain, or something recommended by friends/family/locals.

Was the service good, bad or ugly? What kind of neigborhood is it in? Local crime "feel"? My kind of food? Would I go back again?

One of the posters was right: probably the only ones that would let Yelp decide where/what they eat, were probably never going to eat at that establishment.

And I have told many a fellow citizen/neighbor, that if the gubmint comes at me with a needle, they'd better have an army with them.

The sign would be a conditional threat, at best, and probably not legally actionable. People can raise a stink, though. It’s what the Karen’s do.
